How beautiful the final episode wasā¦ wowā¦ they didnāt make it unnecessarily painful and the ending is truly open to oneās own imagination. For some it will clearly be a happy ending, as she came back but for other itās certain that she passed. Loved it.
My personal view is that she did pass, and the flower scene was either after life or a lucid dream (as the song suggests). Same goes for the snow scene. I believe she passed in the hospital but this is how they imagined their goodbyes .(we see this sometimes in dramas, when something tragic happens) ā¦but I also wouldnāt argue with other viewers saying she came back from treatment and lived. Itās truly up to oneās imagination ā¤ļø

Itās a happy ending but the writing of the episodes leading up to that took a nosedive (the transition from school to work life) But other than that itās great :)
