Don't bother...
It's compose of mostly flashbacks of Season 1. We get some drama with the emergency in flight and a partially deaf baseball player at the hospital, but the rest is flashbacks that aren't worth re-watching.
Honestly, I find it hard to believe that radiographers are this involved in diagnosing and treating patients. When I go to the hospital for a test, they take the picture, and that's it. If you ask them about what they saw, they say they don't interpret - that's the radiologist's job. Maybe it's different in Japan or maybe I just don't know what goes on behind the scenes.
