thanks very much for this interesting update...the part concerning the Museum was particularly fascinating for me.

Hi Edinaa, I am sure you will enjoy your tour of Italy. Yes I am fine thanks and I hope the same for you. I have been keeping up to date with all the currently airing dramas and am enjoying most of them and then I am slowly progressing also with Queen Seon Duk (ep. 14/62) and I also started watching I need Romance 2 which I am enjoying. I hope you will be able to relax today. Take care and have a good week.

Hi Edinaa,
usually these tours are very tiring but afterwards many good memories are left of the places that you visited. I did two bus tours (lasting one week each) in the centre of Europe and I got really tired by the end but I was always very satisfied with everything that I saw.
No I don't know Beethoven Virus and I will wait to hear your opinion about it. I finished Lovers in Paris and I thought that only the first half of the drama was really good whereas the second half dragged a little bit. This evening I should be starting I Need Romance 2. I am also watching and enjoying many of the currenly airing dramas. I will keep in mind your suggestion about the movie that you watched. Take care and have a nice weekend.
Thanks for this very interesting article. I will keep these shows in mind if I come across a drama burnout. I happened to watch one episode of Running Man (the one with Gong Yoo) and I really enjoyed it. I must make time to watch more of this show.
This drama started out in a really romantic and promising way both for the plot and for the setting in Paris. However as the story progressed it somehow lost its charm and it all started dragging until the end. I was expecting a little more from the plot and hoped the story would have developed more in in Paris. However, notwithstanding the typical clichès found in most Korean dramas I enjoyed the romance on the whole and the acting of both the male leads was really good (I didn't like the female lead too much). Good as a 'vintage feeling' drama.
I am a big fan of Kdramas but I have to admit that in this case I am really not looking forward to this remake. I absolutely loved the drama and films of Nodame Cantabile and for me they will remain unique. I will obviously give the Kversion a chance and watch it but I am very, very skeptical.

Hi Edinaa, I am very happy to hear that you will come to tour around Italy. I hope you will like my country. Usually in August most of the Italians go away from the big cities and go to beach resorts therefore it is always good to visit cities at that time of the year.
Yes I decided to drop Emergency couple as I knew straight after watching the first episode that it wouldn't be my cup of tea.
I have not watched Dream either so I will learn from your experience and I will keep away from it.
At the moment, besides all the currently airing dramas I am enjoying Lovers in Paris and I have almost finished it. After that I will either watch I need Romance 2 or Smile Again. Have a nice day tomorrow.

Hi Edinaa, I'm very happy to hear that you are coming to Italy in the summer. For what concerns the weather it is usually good and it can also be very hot and humid, depending on the area where you will be going. In the second half of August sometimes it cools down a little bit with rain, but it is not heavy rain and it lasts very little. Yes I am enjoying the three currently airing dramas that you mentioned. All three are very good so this 2014 started really well. Whereas I watched the first episode of Emergency couple and didn't like it so I dropped it. Have a good week.

Hi Edinaa,
you love to drive on the snow? How interesting! I imagine you have the right tires to do so. On the contrary I am always very worried if I have to drive on the snow as I have normal tires because here it snows very rarely,in fact for the moment we are having a very mild winter. I am glad you are enjoying the Prime Minister drama. I personally am preferring the Man from the Stars, Inspiring Generation and I Need Romance 3, but I am also enjoying the Prime Minister one. Have a great week.

Hi Edinaa, no probs. Don't worry too much about not replying soon as it is understandable that life keeps us busy. I hope the accident wasn't too bad. Yes I am enjoying all the dramas that I am watching and for the moment I am not watching any other fiction of Western countries. I plan to watch the series Downtown Abbey soon, when I run out of older Korean dramas to watch but I think it will take a while as I have a few more on my list.
My daughter is doing very well in Tokyo thanks. She has settled there and is enjoying it very much. Have a great weekend. Take care.

Hi Edinaa, I can understand why you were upset especially after the subscriptio was expensive for you. I am enjoying Lovers in Paris so far...it has a lovely vintage feeling to it as it is a drama of 2004. This week I have been keeping up to date with all the current dramas like the Prime Minister, I Need Romance 3 and Empress Ki. Tomorrow I hope to catch up also with the Man from the Stars and Inspiring Generation...wow...I am really enjoying watching 5 currently airing dramas although they keep me busy! Yes my week has been quiet as usual and I hope your week was good too. Take care.

Hi Edinaa, I'm glad to hear that you solved your connection problems. I am always very upset when this happens to me as I feel cut off from the world. Yes I finished Queen of Reversals two days ago and I rated it 8. I enjoyed it as it was a very realistic drama with no exaggerated situations like it often happens in Korean dramas. I now started watching Lovers in Paris and I am enjoying it. I hope your week is going well. Take care.
I'll certainly be waching the first and the third drama you mentioned. They sound good. I am not too interested in the detective drama by the sounds of it.
When I chose this drama to watch I didn't have high expectations as I thought it would be the typical family drama with a lot of makjang. However I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshing and realistic this story was without any of the usual over the top tragedies that happen in many other dramas. I also really appreciated the modern outlook on family issues like divorcing, starting a new life and friendship. The acting here was also very good and I actually have to say that this is my favourite Park Shi Hoo drama so far having watched most of his most famous ones. My rating is really an 8.5 and it would have been a 9 if it wasn't as long as 31 episodes.
Thanks so much for these three articles. I really enjoyed reading all of your comments and looking at the photos. :)

Hi Edinaa, I had never seen Yoona before in any drama so for me The Prime Minister drama is the first one with her as the main character that I see. IMO her acting is not too bad in this drama although I prefer many other actresses to her of course. She is also so, so skinny that it is almost painful to watch her. In any case it is a good drama and IMO she doesn't deserve all the bashing in this case. Have a good week. Take care.
