I liked this episode. In this one, I got to see a glimpse of Jung' s thoughts and feelings. The problem with him is he's just a complex character; a conundrum that you need to solve. Then, what Seol had said to him in this episode was so true: All he needs to do is to be honest with his feelings so that he can be understood. Although, honestly, it's easier said than done. I feel for him in this episode, to be honest. I think he felt betrayed by everyone around him; that everyone just wanted to be friends with him to use him. He also felt like his father had put a leash on him; he felt suffocated by realizing that he was being watched all this time. He had actually considered In Ho.as his true friend, case in point, he even went the scorebook of In Ho signed by his favorite pianist. But after accidentally hearing from In Ho that he's actually the only one who understands him while also bringing out his social status in the statement, he felt hurt and betrayed.
As for In Ho's hand, yes, I think he has something to do with it, although indirectly, since he didn't really order the students to beat In Ho up. Although he still didn't do anything to help him even if he has already seen In Ho all beaten up. This scene was so cringe-worthy, and I really felt bad for In Ho during that moment. I think, in some way, he really resents In Ho because he thought he actually found a true friend in him, but then he realized he was just everyone else. He felt very misunderstood.
I liked the intensity of the physical fight between In Ho and Jung . It was good to finally release the anger they have been feeling for each other for so long. The only thing that needs to happen was for them to have an honest and open conversation with each other to truly patch things up.
Same goes for Jung and Seol. It was nice to see that Seol is slowly opening up to Jung, and vice versa. Although Jung really needs to be more direct and honest with his feelings. He's really complex, that's why I found him interesting. His last statement broke me. I've been asking myself that, too, everytime I watch an episode. Who are you exactly, Jung? You are so hard to decipher. I know he's not a bad person; I think he's just really misunderstood and he has just some psychological issues to solve. It's good that Seol is there for him. Maybe, just maybe, Seol could make him understand who he truly is.
P.S. The last scene with In Ho still broke my heart. Poor boy doesn't stand a chance even from the start.
The Hong family scene was so emotional. I really feel deeply for Seol in this scene. Being disregarded and unappreciated of your hard work really hurts a lot. I was especially angry at her father because he seemed not to care about Seol's welfare at all, and only sets his sights on Jun's future. Plus, he didn't seem to care about his family, at all, period. So when it was revealed that he was actually handing out flyers to promote their noodle business (Even flowerboys love it /non verbatim/ lol that tagline cracked me up), I'd almost got teary eyed. He loves and cares for his family and their business; he's just having a hard time to show it. Such a tsundere. xD
Show, why did you have to let In Ho see the hug hetween Jung and Seol? My poor boy. Anyway, the subway moment with hime and Seol was so cute. When Seol was teasing him and calling him oppa, then he smiled, omg, I feel like I was ascending to heaven hahahahha. He was really adorable. Can I keep him for myself?
I also liked the hug between Jung and Seol, though. You can really feel that they've missed each other a lot. And the 'bed scene' when Jung was hugging her, eeeep.
During the hug scene, Seol was at her vulnerable state because she've felt like she had no one to rely on; Jung's timing was really perfect.
I feel like Seol can really be more herself wih In Ho. With Jung, she was mostly uncertain and hesitant about her thoughts and feelings. Sure, she likes him, but there are still some issues that they need to fix for their relationship to truly work. During the lasylt scene, I felt like Jung was feeling neglected as he remembered the flashback about the Baek siblings telling his father how their day went, while he was just ignored. He felt that way once again when he realized that Seol and In Ho have gotten closer during the times he were away for his internship. They were talking casually like he wasn't there at all so he must have felt furious and jealous, as well.
Lastly, I loved that In ho was getting closer to Seol's family. Since he has no one to rely on, as well, this boy deserves all the love he gets. Both he and Seol's father were such tsunderes; that must have been why they got along so well. xD
I don't ship In Ho with anyone living. I just ship him with his piano XD
It's probably because she was bitter that he got to play piano again while she haven't got to pursue her passion on Arts (if she's really passionate about it. Still, that was a cruel and childish thing to do. Poor In Ho.
We watched this movue for our Film Appreciation class years ago. Honestly, I can't remember what the plot was about but all I know is the cinematography was really captivating; like a painting that came to life. Additionally, the use of colors in relation to the plot was really amazing. Now, I have the urge to watch it again , lol, but alas, I have so many dramas and movies on my to watch list and I don't know where to start.
After the whole Min Soo thing, JungxSeol meet up and Jung says 'I'll always be waiting for you right here, until…
Thank you, too, and you're welcome. He had unconsciously showed his vulnerability to Seol in the drunk scene, though. But in the preview, he already has a control on what he's doing.
Ah yes, it will not be aired next week. The preview about the hug can make up for the angst they (and the viewers) had suffered during the past two episodes, haha. You like Jung x Seol, then. As for me, I'm still torn, just what I'd said before in the thread, haha, but I'm leaning towards In Ho for now. :)

That's a great analysis. A nice find, too! It goes to show that because of Seol's influence, we might see some positive development on Jung's character. Like what you said, since he likes Seol, he's willing to meet her halfway and compromise his character (the stoic, passive one) and let her see his vulnerabity for the first time.
I want the Baek siblings and Jung to mend their relationship, most especially In Ho and Jung. They really seemed to be good friends before. But now because both guys like Seol, I feel that there's a less likely chance they'll be okay again. Maybe, the show could've been better if there's no love triangle involved. I don't know. Hmmm. And maybe, I just want to see a bromance between In Ho and Jung (present time) before the show ends.
