Meh, I don't hate SFL but the friendship version of 'love-bombing' was kind of offputting I guess she just really wants to get closer and friends with FL, that she showers her with gifts and time? Other than that, she's pretty cool. Her confidence was a breath of fresh air to see, after watching FL wallow in self-pity, self-deprecation, and insecurities.

The story is told (mostly) from FL's POV - viewers easily empathize with her. From that view, it could be difficult to view SFL in an objective, brighter light.
These characters are well-written and feel human to me. SFL has her strengths, but also has her flaws. FL has strengths, but flaws as well (notably: her inferiority complex). Their personalities were formed from their experiences, and we can't fault them for that! Hopefully, we see character growth (especially from FL).
After watching episode 6, it's safe to say the FL has serious inferiority complex which is affecting her choices…

The way she showered Ms An with gifts (expensive meals, necklace, bag, spa service luxuries) felt like a friendship-version of 'love-bombing.' That gave me red flags in their friendship with one another.
I do respect that SFL doesn't pressure ML in any way though. She's confident and gives him all the time he needs; she's willing to wait until he has feelings for her.
I wonder if Soo Young can see through Mi Kyung. Cause she's bright. I'm almost certain that she picks up on the vibes from Mi Kyung - Mi Kyung's hidden jealousy and insecurity.
