I knew it would end with her back in modern times and somehow meeting ml but at least her whole family couldve come back! im so mad. plus they didnt get together for sooo long i think for a 32 ep drama they dragged the misunderstandings between them

It was a happy ending but i but feel so annoyed. these type of endings are my least favorite

I really hope that the scene the trailer cut at mingyi gives that man a good beating

I think some people forgetting this is wuxia drama. I feel like a main thing of these dramas is miscommunication, betrayal and enemies to lovers tropes. idk why we are all so surprised and ranting in the comments about the leads relationship and miscommunication when i swear the majority of wuxia's i watch are at this level of lack of trust and communication or worse. its the same debates every single time. I dont normally watch through wuxia's i end up dropping them bcus of how frustrating it is but this one kept me for longer then i thought it would. im just surprised bcus we are all so passionately hating on the characters and hating whats happening with the leads lack of communication when even tho i hate unnecessary miscommunication i came into this drama expecting this

The scallion pancake i think was kind of a bad move for how she got poisoned imo. Its cute that its what saved her and thats the same as in the novel but also making it what poisoned her feels like bad writing choices to me they couldve done something more interesting then that.

I wonder if the writing is starting to lower in quality too bcus i havent watched the last 2 episodes but from what ive seen of ep 27 and 28 it seems rough. plus its around this time in a drama i feel like most start to fall off a bit

watching ep 29 trailer I hope mingyi gives sun liao a good beating right after he touches her chin like that. I want to see powerful ming xian for once like surely she will break out of those ropes right after the trailer cut😭😭

wow i felt like they would be horrible episodes when watching the trailers bcus of sl and how little the leads were together in them now i dont regret not watching them. I like actually hate sl so much i would not be able to handle watching episodes where he hogs the screen time. I'm waiting for a few more episodes or till the drama finishes now bcus i just want the misunderstandings to be done😭😭

She better not think situ ling saved her for more then an episode or 2 bcus jbz literally gave her that. Meanwhile situ ling is actually turning into a freaky maniac. I hate hes causing misunderstandings during mingzai reconciliation era. I'm so fr i might skip the next 2 episodes altogether cus its going to make me too mad. Plus bcus of him her identity about to be revealed too.

As much as i love and am obsessed with this drama this episode ended calmly for once today so I'm going to live in the blissful ignorance of the happiness of ep 26 until the drama is closer to being done for my own mental sanity.

Im so glad that todays episode was so peaceful. I think i might be able to not watch the rest of this drama till it finishes now that jbz knows ming xian's identity and they are currently at a good place.

Im not ready for the crazy stuff coming in the next 2 episodes that im sure will lead to misunderstandings. I get to emotionally involved in dramas so i think i can ignore this drama in peace for the next week and a half and spend it hopefully blissfully unaware of whats happening until I know for sure an ending. Its been fun in the comments here but bcus of situ lings mental insanity, for my own mental sanity i need to take a break

I hope theres no more misunderstandings and betrayals after this. I think we're too late into the drama they just need to be unconditional allies in love for the last 10 episodes😭😭

One thing im gonna miss in the coming episodes is mingyi's hair. It seems like shes going to have it up more now as she moves more into her ming xian side and im all for it but at the same time shes so pretty with those loose styles😭😭

I think we dont talk about enough how visually beautiful this drama is. I remember watching the first episode and being taken aback by how beautiful it was. Like since i started it the colors, cinematography and everything is so vibrant and such a pretty magical fantasy world. The wardrobe is so pretty too. I've watched a lot of fantasy cdramas but they have not been this pretty before i swear
