1. The main couple are officially together from the beginning as they have sort of a dating relationship though it is fake as they are both using each other at the beginning. However they both have fallen for each other by like ep 10.

2. They have "break ups" as in they arent on good romantic terms from ep 13-16, 23-25 and 31-33. From 15-19 they are allies but not romantic tho they have feelings. But during these break ups they arent officially broken up/divorced until 31-33 bcus they stay officially married. The leads are also not physically separated until ep 23 bcus up till then they lived together. It sounds like a lot of breakups but it actually wasnt that toxic. Its more like they are hurt by each other

3. No time skip other then a few days maybe during breakups
4. They basically reconcile unofficially in episode 19 but admit their feelings at the beginning of ep 23. And they reconcile in ep 26 and ep 33.
5. Second male lead is very annoying. He's delusional and fl never has feelings for him and shuts him down multiple times. He becomes obsessive and eventually into the main villain
7.Happy ending!

right like ep 27-28 he had waaay too much screen time and then we saw him a lot less. It was a blessing for my eyes to have a break

Yeah i also thought it was really weirdly cut for the reveal scene bcus they didnt show us mingyi deciding to do that at all or ji bozai deciding to go there and knowing that mingyi would reveal his identity. atp tho im just hoping the last episode isnt rushed. Im ok with 30-35 being a little wonky but if the last episode is too im gonna be so disappointed

Man everytime i watch this ep 11 never fails to make me emotional seeing such a strong character as ruyi cry and her and yuan zhou looking at each other as its the last time theyd see each other. liu shi shi and liu yu ning did so good on those emotions. plus the ost gets me too

Do we think mingyi will find out about jbz poisoning relapse in ep 33 or later? Cus i really just want her to know it now I dont want it to be like hes dying in ep 35 or something and then she finds out

I swear if this is one of those dramas where only the last 10 minutes are happy im gonna be so disappointed. I'd be happy if ep 36 in full could just be happy😭

I think its so sad the last happy moment they will have for a long time was when mingyi and jbz kidnapped ming xin 😭😭i cant bare to watch the rest of ep 30 or 31 after that too

the actors said it is a happy ending so i keep telling myself not to worry that it will be . but assuming by happy ending they dont mean they are both dead and smiling at each other in heaven. bcus ive fr seen some people call that a happy ending💀😭

I've seen pictures of mingyi and jbz in wedding outfits again and tho some people are saying it might just've been a photoshoot i think its the characters real second wedding

I hope mingyi finds out about his relapse during ep 33 and jbz sacrifices himself in ep 34 bcus i dont want to see that getting dragged to ep 35😭😭like he needs to be back to life or saved by the middle of ep 35

Actual cruelty to make people watch the heartbreak of what ep 33 will be and then make everyone wait 3 days for the rest. Like i already have realized i need buy the express for my sanity but im feeling really bad for those of u who wont be able to😭😭

apparently the actors have said its a happy ending. I can see it like ep 34 he sacrifices himself and ep 35 we find out hes somehow not dead or mingyi somehow brings him back and then we get a happy episode of ep 36.

see the only good thing ming xin ever did was chain up situ ling but even that was to threaten mingyi so....but srsly why did she have to set situ ling free so fast😭😭
