I wanna watch Last Friends too, the plot seems interesting! But I think that one's more serious than this, am I right? I totally lean towards downloading shows since I sometimes want to watch series all over again without worrying about the connection (Net's crappy over here), so after I'm done with a series I burn it on a DVD and store in my CD case :3 Now I'm downloading Rich Man Poor Woman. I haven't finished that one yet! X_X

Mizukawa-san's really a great actress. I saw her from 37-sai de Isha ni Natte Boku and I instantly fell in love!

Well we put watermarks on our releases and we totally appreciate it when the uploader at least leaves those on, but I was totally infuriated when the uploader for the last episode of Piece altered the watermark with, probably, his own friggin name! Such nerve! !@%^#&@#%@&#%!$@^!@%&

Ah, I miss that addicted feeling I had with Piece! Hopefully a drama of that sort comes springing to life soon! I'd love to be always on the edge like that ;____;

Yes, yes. Eitokickass' subbing it, although I don't think a lot of people know. They release softsubs on D-Addicts and hardsubs on their LJ site, but due to life issues they're still on Episode 1. Looking forward to faster releases from the time Episode 2 gets released on.

Well, the story involves a boring OL after all, so meh. I like the actress but I TOTALLY hate her character. I like one of the lead males though, and I'm totally rooting for her! But their love triangle is a funny one, especially when the BL side gets revealed. Skip all the sobfest the boring scenes and you can quite enjoy it. :3

And I agree that Japanese pages put up the drama videos really fast (like, in a matter of hours? <3), and when I was watching Piece I totally scoured through them to watch the latest episode. :3

I'm totally looking forward to the episode 2 subs, I hope I can continue watching Yakou with full understanding soon! :3

I actually don't like Shotenin too much as you said but I was really lucky to have been able to work on Piece last season, which I was totally head over heels with. So I guess even subbers have their not-so lucky moments with things to sub :( But I'm agonizing over subbing Sharehouse more ;___; It's an hour long and I have to deal with that thing for more than an hour (still not so much of an expert to spend time timing it equally to its duration). And when there are boring scenes I can't push myself to continue. At least Shotenin's short and before I know it, I'm done. :3 Good thing :P

Yes, lol. So now I don't really watch stuff raw anymore, I watch them once translations are up/going to (epic fail-y) try and translate them XDDDDDD I'm doing that for Shotenin and gah. But at least this is within my grasp, compared to Yakou (well, with help of dictionaries and Google here and there. of course not using Translate directly, just for words).

It's kinda easy and hard at the same time, being timer and QC-er and all, but that accomplished feeling :D

I know the feeling~ But I kinda lowered my expectation for it the moment I saw episode 2 (maybe even 1?) onward and maybe I'm just in for the revelations and all. I was really amazed at Yakou but I'm scared I wouldn't be able to sleep well again. It's too haunting for me, but still really beatiful.

I'm part of a subbing group, and I'm not sure but I guess you know what it is already. Well, that really depends if you're more of a D-Addicts person or a Dramacrazy one. <br /><br />Lol, I tried subbing on my own some stuff that has long been forgotten for a while (like one episode of an anime and a Japanese drama SP), but my Japanese wasn't just good enough and I only learned how to time in the process. XD Now I work as a timer in the team and also check translator's works for consistency and rephrase them if necessary. I also kinda stand as the 'leader' of the subteam since I'm the most active, and one of its founders. XD <br /><br />(As a clue... Er... well, we sub Shotenin and Share House. Know us now? :P)

Anyway, gotta watch Episode 8 now for some motivation. Hopefully it doesn't come out as horrible as what you thought of it! X_X

Hmm, someone already posted first 5 episodes recap (w/o spoilers) of Shotenin, so I think that's great. Maybe I'll pass, or maybe I'll do one for Yakou Kanransha once I get around to watching (and understanding) most of it. A large chunk of my time is being eaten up subbing really, orz

I now get why Kyutaro suffered from so much blood loss when he fell. Guess I wasn't paying attention to that episode so much at all and focused on the dialogue instead (which I barely understood raw).

I also felt creeped out seeing the van for the second time, in the preview I thought they were going to let us see the moments when Takei and Takakura threw Kyutaro's body away but... WTF WTF WTF THIS IS SOME SERIOUS KILLING SPREE GOING ON I CAAAAAAAN'T.

Well I'm glad too, but I really feel sorry for her. She came out totally damaged from the incident, when all she wanted to do was to protect her newfound friend.

But I was iffy if killing a person with a frypan is possible, and the sound was iffy too. But when I tried hitting my head with a similar pan (of course, lightly XD), the sound was similar, but I don't think the impact would be enough to cause death. Or even that massive bleeding that Kyutaro suffered from. orz

Well at first I was totally rooting for Takei/Michiru but now, if the preview was REAL and not another of Michiru's delusions (and guilty feelings lol), I don't think I'd want her to end up with him anymore :|
