I think RSB was slightly inspired by what LJL said to her at the bridge. He told her that no matter what happens, he will always follow true justice. That helped her think clearly and gave her the courage to confront the grandma with those words.

That old hag and her corrupted, self‑made ideology… Thanks, RSB, for calling her out. I still can’t believe that yesterday, a few grandma fans were actually arguing with me, saying they like what she’s doing. Sigh.

Well, I have nothing good to say about the grandma. I just hope she gets the same treatment as the other villains in this drama. They might try to give her a redemption arc because she’s ‘family’ and all that, but she absolutely doesn’t deserve any redemption.

Yeah, I’m waiting for the epic Inspector Lu entrance in the ancestral hall. It’s just my wish, but I want LJL to arrest not only Yan but also the grandma, haha. Just my wish, lol.

Haha, you’re welcome. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this invested in a drama. I don’t watch dramas much these days, but this one really got me hooked, lol. So now I’m trying to find clues from online sources.

I was hoping they would wrap up the Linji episodes by 24, but based on the previews, it looks like they might continue into 25–26 or even more 😔😔

Some people were arguing with me today, saying they actually like the grandma’s way of doing things. I was honestly surprised by what I saw in the MDL discussion, lol. Haha, I guess people have different opinions.

I think LJL will arrest Yan during the wedding ceremony at the Rong ancestral hall. In one of the trailers, there’s a scene where LJL enters the hall wearing his official red robe, with a large group of people following him.

I don’t think they’re acting anymore. The angst is inevitable at this point, and there’s nothing we can do about it. I think RSB will understand what LJL is going through. Most of the angst will probably come from the oath with the grandma and Yan’s manipulation. Let’s see how it goes. Hopefully the angst doesn’t last too long.

Thanks for saying this. I have a similar view. Sometimes it’s hard for me to understand how someone can try to find excuses for wrong actions and justify things that are clearly not right.

Well, taking the vow as the family’s name and then intentionally claiming it for herself, If she truly had goodwill, I don’t believe she would ever do that. She would only give an example. I don’t think anyone can deny the fact that she’s the root cause of all the current problems, the broken sibling relationships, and the overall toxicity in the family. Anyway, let’s drop this for now. I’m just pissed off and not choosing the right words. I need to cool down. I’ll wait for today’s episodes. Hopefully, we get something good in today's episodes.

Well, you can clearly see she likes to manipulate people. If she had faults, she would never accept that, but she would only justify herself with everything, even though she is at fault. Well, I am just so pissed off when she asked RSB to take the vow. My hatred for her skyrocketed there, lol

Seriously, how do you know everything the grandmother says is true? Isn’t it possible she asked others to harm her husband so he would come back to her for forgiveness? What she’s saying is only her version of the story, no one knows the real truth. All you can judge is the present, and the current incidents clearly show she has a vicious personality and enjoys manipulating others. God knows how many crimes she’s committed in her life. Honestly, how can anyone sympathize with actions like this? How can you even make excuses for her behavior?

I just hope someone kills the grandma or LJL finds a criminal case to arrest her and put her in prison.
