You can’t have “BL” in the title but the bl plot is a minor plot. GuySave have maybe 5 min of interaction…
if you read the title this is clearly about a BL *author* lmao. Even read the genre tags and romance is not in there. The title and description very clearly reflect the actual content of this show. and the show is still very much about BL as a topic. and BL is explicitly shown. In no way "bait"
This review mirrored my experience! - Overall good drama, BUT - The fight and magic in the intro set expectations for a far more fantastical drama than what we got. People seemingly barely have magic at all or ever use it - The middle bit got thin as we cycled the same conflicts too many times - The villain was not it, too much time spent being insufferable and his final arc goes nowhere special - "The first antagonist was a better villain" I hadn't thought about this but yes?? He actually had a lot of mysterious and menacing presence, and some complexity to his interests
Why does it need an uncut version? It's not an 18+ series
I'm not sure if this is because "uncut" but in the version I watched, there was a bonus scene at the end of each episode, after the credits, that is not in the version currently on YouTube.

That is just incorrect, there is a separate space called Reviews for posting your opinion. This space is specifically for *discussion*.
Venting your frustration about a show is not discussion. "Stating opinions" is not a discussion. And honestly, throwing negative opinions out in public may be "allowed" but doesn't make it good.
What are they creating by posting hate on a show? What possible purpose can it serve? There are people here just sharing their joy for a show, meanwhile negative comments are often just venting; people seemingly be failing to process their feelings in a more productive way. They could write a negative review, but instead they are here. Why? Because they want to be engaged. They're trying to antagonize fans.
To be clear, I don't know if you posted hate, but I have seen so much of it in these sections, that I am speaking to the broader subject of hating on shows in this space.

I think it is reasonable to want this space to be for *fans* and not to be a place for people to vent about the fact that they chose to watch something they didn't like. What is the value of providing those people a space to spew that stuff on people who are trying to talk about enjoying the content?
If it wasn't for you then move on, not everything needs to be.
It is a little weird that the first ep is literally just the actual finale that the show started in ep8 and didn't finish. I wonder how many people will watch the first 8 eps and never notice the finale is in a whole separate place.
The second ep actually feels like a special episode.
Sadly, being a Netflix Original is a bad thing in my book. Almost guarantees it will get lost in the second half or worse try to force hooks for a second season that will never happen
