I agree with you that’s a possibility, the step mother being the main villain could be too predictable, she’s an obvious hater but the main villain is always mysterious and that’s the vibes the grandfather is giving.

Tae Ha was so funny in this episode: “geumaaaan,” “yaaaaa,” doing arm exercise and the expressions when he was talking about the jade rabbit 🤣🤣. The chicken scene was funny too 😂

Yeon has 3 men after her wow, the Yeon Woo Effect is real haha.

I don’t get why they have to do dumb stuff to progress the story, Yeon Woo could’ve waited the house, much safer and smarter option.

It’s weird and also nice seeing Kim Yeo Jin play a good character, I’m so used to seeing her as Choi Myung Hee.

And the grandfather is confusing, I’m not sure if he’s good or bad.

Yay they got married! I didn’t expect it to happen in this episode. They looked soo good ☺️✨

I know Do Hee and Seok Hoon aren’t blood related but it’s still weird that he proposed to her considering they’ve know each other since they were kids and have a kind of sibling-like relationship and are part of the same “family.”

And I think Gu Won has been too nice to Ga Young, the boundaries he set weren’t enough for her to understand… I just hope she won’t go out to kill Do Hee too or team up with the villains.

Speaking of which, I wonder when we’ll have the Seok Hoon’s villain reveal , I’m waiting for it.

It showed in episode 1 how she died. After she killed Do Ha, she was running and people were after her shooting arrows and she drowned herself. But yeah more will be shown next week.

I liked this episode! Yeon Woo and Sa Wol are my favourites, they’re so funny and I love their friendship. Is it bad to say I prefer the friendship over the main couple? 😅

And I don’t get why it’s scandalous for a vice president of a department store company to be married?? Do Korean reporters care about that? It’s not like he’s a model or the face of the company, or a Kpop singer. Like they even mentioned how it’s a personal matter, exactly so why should it affect business?

Also I’m hoping Yoo Ha Na won’t be a bad in this drama. The actress already played a kind of annoying character in TKV, I don’t want to see it again 😅

This episode was funny too, “Assalamu alaikum marhaba,” the secretary saying “Park Bok Gyu’” when Gu Won pushed the employee on her chair into a room and the lobster 🤣🤣

Ga Young is so obsessive, I hope she doesn’t become like the other enemies of Do Hee, she has many already.

And that bad guy is creepy anyway but also he walks around with blood on his neck 😬. That’s a unique feature, does he want to be caught?

On their wedding night, she killed Do Ha’s step-father, she did it because he tried to kill Do Ha multiple times (the next day he was supposed to go to war but his allies would’ve killed him). After that all the guards are after them and the whole town knows that they’re murderers, they want to kill Ri Ta. Do Ha killed so many to protect her and she didn’t want innocent people to be killed because of her. She thought killing the father would make their lives better but she was wrong. So she killed Do Ha and then herself afterwards. Before she talked about the killing of innocent people but I guess he didn’t understand it. And they did love each other.

He wasn’t trying to swear though, his middle finger got pricked and his name is Bok Gyu 😂

I didn’t realise the vice principal is with Bo Gyeom, no wonder it seemed like he didn’t fit the role.

Part 1 was a bit boring and slow for me but the second half got more interesting and part 2 is better. I was surprised by Yoo Ji Tae, I first saw him in Vigilante and he looks completely different here, although this was just last year. He probably had to put a lot of weight on for that role. Also in ep 1 he says “we’ll speak to each informally” which reminded me of his great line in Vigilante 😂. 8/10 ⭐️

Part 2 is better than part 1. I like the more action scenes this part had and it was a nice ending. My favourite characters are probably Tokyo and Berlin (although I didn’t like him for a bit at the end of part 1). 8.5/10 ⭐️

Due to the comments and low rating I was unsure if I should watch this, but I really enjoyed it. The action scenes were so good. And Money Heist reunion 😊. 9/10 ⭐️

I started watching this today and it’s better than I thought. The plot sounded interesting but the title and poster were putting me off, but I’m glad I decided to give it ago. My favourite thing about this drama is the comedy (shouldn’t comedy be added as a genre too). I love Yeon Woo’s character, especially in the present day, and Sa Wol is a fun character too. The half-brother is very annoying. The visuals Na Rae’s actress reminds me of Chaewon.

I saw someone here say that she reminds them of Shin Hye Sun and someone said Kim Chae Won (Le Sserafim). On her profile comments people are saying them 2 as well as others.
