I’m into it so far! The action scenes are definitely a highlight and keep me interested, but I can tell it’s going for a slow burn. I don’t mind that, I just hope it doesn’t get too dragged out before things really start to hit.
My thoughts on this show it is full of hidden identities and romantic misunderstandings and had potential, but kind of just wandered around without fully going anywhere. The cinematography though? Absolutely stunning! The female lead is cute and a great actress, doing her best to keep things on track while the story takes its sweet time. Overall, it’s gorgeous to look at… just don’t expect the plot to keep up 😅
Mina Sue’s strategy? Confuse everyone and call it a plot twist 💀🎭. Like, we see all your BS. But Min-ji, my queen, COME TO THE FRONT — you’re pure vibe and aura 🔥🔥🔥. Seung Il better not play you like that.
KHY understood the assignment. The writers clearly did not. It’s like watching KHY babysit a bad script. KHY always delivers legendary performance! My thoughts so far–

This actress is undeniably beautiful, almost goddess-like. However, I’m not particularly impressed by her acting. Although I’ve watched several of her projects, I often find it difficult to connect her performances to the storyline. The characters she portrays feel limited, and she doesn’t come across as very versatile. Her facial expressions also tend to be restrained and guarded at times, which weakens emotional impact. With her looks and the acting depth of someone like Kim Tae-ri, she could dominate every category—but unfortunately, that potential hasn’t been realized yet, in my opinion.
I feel the judges are bias in their judgement. I wish they had a third judge. Overall S1 seem more entertaining to watch than S2. I would watch the show again if they have S3
This movie has a unique storyline and I did enjoyed watching. I highly recommend this film but be aware it’s slow paced and it create curiosity and reflecting which character to believe.
Anyone watched this show in eng dubbed? It feels a lil different! I’m so used to Korean audio but there was no option to switch the audio. The ML did great! Storyline was good not the best. ML always seem to play character that is suffering and I wanted to see him play other characters like comedy.
I tried to convince my families and friends to watch this. But… they did not enjoyed the show like how much I loved it. They either complained or drop the show. I’ve concluded that those who don’t like this show is weird. Not a lot shows showcased the complex of family dynamics relationships through generations. This show reminded me of “This is us” a US show. Honestly, I wanted to see more this type of show in different cultures how they depicted family functions in different timelines. I highly recommend this show and it’s the best one yet I’ve seen in Korean entertainment.
