I think TikTok and Ig hyped this show so much that it was boring for me. I dropped this show because of the story line but the FL acting was good!

Very impressive show especially when they bend the knee to the queen! I wish there were more fighting scenes where the king and queen fight together.

Anyone watched this show in eng dubbed? It feels a lil different! I’m so used to Korean audio but there was no option to switch the audio. The ML did great! Storyline was good not the best. ML always seem to play character that is suffering and I wanted to see him play other characters like comedy.

I tried to overlooked the age gap between the ML and FL lol but both did well in their roles. The overall vibe of this show is sweet and I enjoyed it.

I tried to convince my families and friends to watch this. But… they did not enjoyed the show like how much I loved it. They either complained or drop the show. I’ve concluded that those who don’t like this show is weird. Not a lot shows showcased the complex of family dynamics relationships through generations. This show reminded me of “This is us” a US show. Honestly, I wanted to see more this type of show in different cultures how they depicted family functions in different timelines. I highly recommend this show and it’s the best one yet I’ve seen in Korean entertainment.

I don’t like how they misrepresent Austistic kids in this show. It is not accurate at all.

The guy playing the ML is not a good fit. He fits more like a side character lol.

I love when female directors are behind the camera telling stories about DV, which women do suffer in real life. The scenes where Hui Su fell down and the ML is kicking her. The camera only focus on the ML and thru that lens this portray how disturbing abusing men can be. I used to work in a DV shelter and some fears depicted in this show are accurate. Women have regrets, shame, guilt and deep fear in a DV relationship. The scenes where the sister stated the police have 90% unsolved DV cases that stat seem higher and probably a stat reflect in Korea. This show depicts a satisfying ending but in reality women still suffer from complex trauma and the intense of the abuse for years even after leaving the relationship. I think in a patriarchy society DV seems to normalized in most cultures which is unfortunate. I also know from experience working in the shelter there are male victims and women are the perpetrators. Due to shame and stigma not a lot male victims come forward and sometimes lack of resources for male victims. Studies shows it takes a person about 7 times to leave a DV relationship. If you or anyone you know is experiencing abuse remember it’s not you it’s what is happening to you. There might be a hotline DV number in your area but the national is call 1-800-799-7233 or call a trusted friend. You’re not alone. We stand with you!

I think this show is cute and predictable. I love both FL and ML chemistry.

There are rumors on multiple accounts and I can’t verify if they are real or fake. Does anyone have any update on ZLS reconcile with her agency?

I prefer that XY did not reunite with SH and kept the original storyline in the novel. The show wrapped up beautifully and everyone on the show did a great job! After watching the whole eps I notice I keep replaying the scene between XY and her grandma in scenes they are together. Something about that chemistry is very healing for me and bring me tears all the time.

The more I watch the show it feels parallel to ZLS’s real life. Her marriage in the show reflects her journey with her current agency. Like they say life imitates art. But I hope she does not renew any contract with her current agency and just leave. Anyways, so far viewing every eps ZLS did not come to play she ateeeeeee this role up!! Her performance is very captivating and exceptional.

Silly, you don’t get it. Doesn’t matter if the FL is dumb JS played them all– HS friends circle,FL first crush, bf/hubby, & coworkers in the first timeline. You may not agree but I think she did a good job influencing and manipulating different ppl. JS character is more cold and unforgiving than XY.
