Unless they totally change the pairing (as in the main leads have hetero love interests) or tweak the storyline and make it seem that they are not based on a BL novel, then they can probably get away with it. But as such, the ban is in place.

This is because the Chinese government believes that all these are damaging the morals, especially of Chinese youth, and they want their people to revert back to Chinese tradition. Hence, they try to restrict the flow of Western influence because this may encourage the Chinese people to think freely. In an attempt to retain or even gain more power, the Chinese government attempts to suppress liberal or progressive ideologies that they believe will lead to the demise of Chinese culture.

Omg! I didn't even know it was the same actor until you mentioned it. Then definitely yes, I prefer his character/look in WYEL because here, he looks like a sleazy salesman with that hair.

Yeah that was hella funny. Like how a guy with a gun was defeated by a guy unarmed. It's like all those bad guys are so inept that they can't even use their weapons properly.

Golden Blood is making me laugh, not because of its comedy but because supposedly the father hired a bodyguard for his son and he acts more like a maid than a bodyguard hahahaha. Can't believe these people are so rich supposedly that they don't have a maid to do these things. How son ever did the chores before this guy came is beyond me!

Also you know how it's so bad that it's good? This is how I feel, not bad like terrible that you get annoyed but bad as in like "a joke that is so lame it's funny" kind of way. I haven't snorted in a long time watching a show.

Also the glaring plot holes, the fight between the dad and the bad guy like bullies taunting each other in Kindergarten, especially the big fight scene at ep 7 is so hilarious.

So many bad acting and cringy scenes that are so funny to watch I haven't laughed so much in a long time.!

Omg. Good thing I dropped this, I was struggling to finish this drama even though it's only 12 episodes but I hated all those Bullies and other questionable characters like the pilfering professor and the poor excuse of parents, but those bullies not even getting their just desserts would just make me throw my TV out the window and if somebody got hurt, it will be the fault of these.

Actually the girl with the red hair isn't as annoying and hateful to me as Yeo Joon's fake friends who leech on him and make other people's lives miserable.

I'm struggling with this drama, not because it isn't good. But I have never wanted to take so many knives out of my cupboard because of so many characters. Typical dramas have one or 2 hateful characters (usually a spiteful mother-in-law or an annoying SFL).
But this!!!!!

I wanted to smash the heads of Yeo Joon's so-called-friends who accuse others of leeching when it fact they are the worst ones do so.

If there is an award for the worst family, Yeo Joon's parents take the cake. (Maybe tied with the psychotic mother in IOTBO).

And all those girls who are just jelly and abusive toward So Bin because Yeo Joon didn't choose them should just go to hell.

Even though they are kids, those who made fun of So Bin for not having a mother are just plain mean.

The professor who pilfers her student's work without crediting them, as if it was her privilege shouldn't be teaching.

It's like they put every scumbag in one drama and it is making my blood boil!!!!
