Personally, I like how this drama progresses and that it is is not just a romcom. It is like watching a good daily/weekend drama without all the filler scenes :)
I haven't watched the drama yet but I always wanted to see the actor who plays Hwi Kyung to play a "good" male lead so I am in anticipaton. He usually had creepy (too often) or just second male lead roles, but I somehow liked him a lot. I am so happy that he got this role even if it is just your typical "good guy" one.
I guess I started watching this drama having too high expectations. It IS undoubtedly good, one of the best of the year, but for me it was not a masterpiece. So I'd recommend watching it without any expectations, then you'll be able to really enjoy it to the fullest.
Acting (the little girl is amazing!) and cinematography are great, but the story somehow seemed a bit bland, flat and cliched. To be honest I always enjoy k-dramas' cliches, but I felt that this story needed something more to make it perfect.
Hye Soo's character seemed too strong in the beginning. Denial stage maybe… But I was in awe by UEE's acting in a few last episodes, where she showed depressed and scared Hye Soo. The "salt scene" in the restaurant in the last episode shows what an amazing actress she's become. My heart almost stopped.
It is so funny how this show mocks korean dramas. And I can't stop laughing when the crown prince is wearing his…
I meant scenes like where the crown prince grabs her hand and goes with her without telling her anything with a serious face, but yes, I agree that mostly it parodies chinese people's obsession with kdramas, as you said.

It is a very entertaining, silly and at the same time romantic short drama.
Twists are great, but it would have helped if the casted actresses for Yuki and Kara had at least similar skull shapes and height. Even without heels Kara was noticeably higher. The story is great anyway but those small details would make it perfect.
The most awkward part in the last episode for me was just HOW Kara could brainwash someone she just met to have a plastic surgery and then kill people with an axe.
Anyway, I am very glad it's happy ending.
Wait!! Wouldn't the girl tell her parents that a woman took her not her grandpa? He could be re-trialled and found…
She might have told the girl that she is a friend of her grandfather and it was him who had asked her to look after the girl for some time (this can also explain how obedient was the girl). So even if the granddaughter tells it was a woman it doesn't change anything, with his confession and "too perfect" evidence like voice and fingerprints and photo at his home. And the girl is too little…
As I myself like reading spoilers before watching the show, I'd still advise you not to read them for this show! Don't read them before watching, I'm serious! This drama has crazy twists.
Like this drama so far, although hope that the most interesting part hasn't started yet. It's sad that writer's Bae character seems kind of shallow to me.
