The story lacked A LOT but the acting from everyone was marvelous. I am honestly in a dilemma on how to rate it. Acting: 10/10 - rating as a whole: 6/10
I will miss the Bad and Crazy comedy as it was quite a lot of fun to watch, especially the bromance between the main leads and the supporting characters Jae Seon & Gyung Tae. However, quite a lot of missed opportunities for more character development >>> 8/10

What a thorough and eloquent review. You are so on point with your critique. Thanks a lot for such a detailed explanation, I agree with you, there were quite a lot of lost opportunities. Nevertheless it was mostly fun watching it week for week.
Just finished episode 4 on YouTube (Thanks a lot to GMMTV for officially providing it with great subs) and I am so loving it. It is greatly modernised, no unnecessary dangling, great acting, the way they are telling it... I liked her voice over about the devided pork, so well written and executed. Thanks a lot to everyone involved. I thought none could top Hana Yori Dango (J) for me but here I stand corrected.
I am sorry for unintentionally misleading. I thought that it was but then it was not. I informed Icarus directly but forgot to delete my comment here. I will write again if I should find it somewhere
Omg.... On 2nd ep of this drama and I can tell that dong wook and ha joon are potential couples π€£π€£π€£
You're in for a treat ππ€£π I think 2022 will be the year for bromance, I am eagerly waiting for Tale of the Nine Tailed S2 to have the LDW+KB bromance again
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole movie. My highlights were the comedic deliveries of Lee Kwang Soo and Kang Ha Neul. Especially KHN's scene with Nietzsche's quote following the pharmacy and rat poison cracked me up π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
What a star-studded cast for a beautiful feel-good movie. I liked the idea of small episodes for the different characters. Only question I got was: Did they dub Kang Ha-Neul? His voice sounded so different
I just finished ep 4 and I don't know who should get the best couple award: Rain and Kim Bum or Lee Dong Wook and Wi Ha Joon. Such a difficult decision π ππ₯°π€π So much bromance, I am loving it

Thank you for this eloquent review. I just finished it and couldn't agree with you more. For me, it would have been way better without the romance between K2 and Anna, but well, like you, I have to live with the disappointment that they did not finish the drama as strong as they started.
I just finished episode 3 & can't believe how it took me back to my teenage days in 2006 when I was watching Matsumoto Jun waiting in the rain β₯οΈ I am really enjoying this
I soo agree with you. I just finished episode 2. I can't believe how good it is. They did a great job in bringing it to 2021. I loved the manga and Hana Yori Dango (J). Liked Meteor Garden (C). But could not watch Boys Over Flowers(K). BOF just seemed so wrong and I dropped it quite fast. But so far (2 episodes) I am loving this. It looks like the perfect manga adaptation dealing with the issues like it's done today. Have you seen the BBC adaptation of Sherlock, where they brought him to the 21st century. It feels a bit like that
