Title As You Stood By Spoiler
So according to the synopsis, FL1 want's to save her friend FL2 by killing her husband life. Then Jin So Baek,…
The synopsis is a bit misleading lol. It’s because Jin So Baek casually told FL1 that it’s better to kill abusers than die as a victim. But those words ended up pushing FL1 to actually kill her friend's husband. Later, when he realized she had done it because of what he said, he felt responsible so he helped them

Title Nine Puzzles Spoiler
Mmmmmkay I will make a list of some things I believe remained unaddressed on purpose or because of bad writing? The…
Here’s my interpretation: First, we need to set the context. Seungjoo committed the first 2 murders 10 years ago, leaving behind puzzle pieces. But since no one noticed them or tried to understand their meaning, she stopped killing.
That was it until she met Ena , the one person who actually tried to figure out what the puzzle pieces meant. That’s when Seungjoo resumed her killing plan, leaving puzzle pieces for Ena to find.

So, as for the open door at Seungjoo’s place, I think she left it open on purpose. She wanted the puzzle piece to be found, as a clue for Ena about what was going to happen next. Seungjoo told Ena said she wanted Ena to get close, but not too close. She even leads Ena to the final puzzle piece.

Why would she let herself get caught? Because she was almost done with the killings, and she never intended to make it out alive anyway. At that point, it didn’t matter if the police found out about her.

As for the ending with the new puzzle piece, I think it’s unrelated. Since the case made headlines, it could easily be a copycat killer inspired by Seungjoo. I guess the writers wanted to leave the ending open, just in case the show gets renewed for a second season. But yeah, if that happens, they’ll have time to develop a more elaborate plot.

I do agree with you on one thing, though. We never actually got to see the murder scenes or how Seungjoo "easily" killed her victims. The autopsies didn’t show any signs of struggle either… which has led to the suggestion that the victims might have known the killer. But that seems highly unlikely, considering none of them apologized, they didn’t know who Seungjoo’s mom was. Some of the killings just don’t make sense to me.

Does it make sense if I suspect the female therapist is the killer? She gets too much screen time for my liking.
The therapy sessions don’t seem to add much value to the plot—unless she plays a bigger role, like being the killer.
She’s also the one Ena confides in, and she knows Ena best. Meanwhile, Ena is the one receiving the puzzle pieces… It’s all very suspicious, lol.
