I like your review it's on point on so may fronts that i feel the majority of watchers have missed. I know you…
Omg my bad, let me elaborate / explain further. I only said that because it seemed like people looked down on her because she didn’t have a degree. She didn’t even get promoted bc of it which is sad and she was just as capable (even more imo) than the people who got promoted over her. She seemed to have developed a complex bc of that fact too so I wished she got a degree so she could just say she had it and ppl could no longer put her down or belittle her for not having one. Plus i just hated the fact that even after all those years Mi Gyeong still looked down on her.

While I’m sure Su Yeong is happy / content with her drawing cafe I thought the show would’ve gone in a diff direction. Also the way her and Sang Su always walked by the university and he spoke so highly of it I thought a plot point would be that she eventually went but that didn’t happen. When I said this I initially thought they would have had a happy ending and he would have picked her up from college and stuff. I could definitely see it playing out / being paralleled to when they first walked there (in my head)

Don't get me wrong I truly believe Su Yeong is super capable and smart. I mean could’ve gotten a scholarship or had her job help pay for it (some companies do this though I’m not sure how it works in SK) or even studied abroad (in a perfect world) but this is real life so uni is so expensive and ppl don't get a perfect ending.

Anyways tyyy for reading my review and I’m glad you liked it šŸ„¹ā¤ļø

I'm the type of person who love to watch realistic slice of dramas where individuals have their own underwhelming…
I hope you like it, if not that’s okay too. Just do what’s best for you. If you want to wait until the hype has died down and you just go into it blind without remembering the plot / comments that’s the best way imo. Anyway, enjoy!! šŸ„¹šŸ¤

Thank you for the review. So true that this was super slow and found myself overslept in the middle of watching.…

I’ve always found his character silly so this is nothing new. He’s so oblivious and positive. He always tries to see the best in everyone. Poor guy

I get why you find it funny but the writers did that whole ā€œmaking amendsā€ trope with all the characters to show that they were happy and moved on in life. It’s been 4 years… he even has a gf now

Is this the second "Nevertheless"?If yes then I would like to save myself from the trainwreck type of series,…
Definitely is way better than nevertheless. Nevertheless is toxic trash with steamy scenes… this is a slice of life drama

Janghyun saluting to suyung is the most funny thing in this drama. He literally doesn't know the shit she did…
He made a promise and he kept it. Stop, you know she wanted the best for him… her eyes even teared up when she saw that he achieved his dream.

I have yet to watch this, but Idk, based on spoilers, it seems realistic to me, as people often act selfish, irracional,…
Exactly what I said!!

Selfless?? Pls give me an example of when she was selfless. She’s pure toxicity and makes stupid choices……

Title The Interest of Love Spoiler
I really loved this episode!! So crazy how Su Yeong blamed her father all these years when it was her mom who had cheated... the fact that her father endured all that and allowed her to think the worst of him and say the meanest things / blamed him for her brothers death was so sad. I really felt it. The ability of this couple / these actors to tug on your heart strings is really amazing. The ending of this episode is sad i literally wanted them to kiss one last time but oh well.. HOPEFULLY ONE DAY THESE TWO IDIOTS WILL JUST GET TOGETHER ALREADY

They are like random psychopaths having too much time on their hands stalking a teacher!
Right !! Like why are they all parked up ready and waiting to start a fight / confrontation outside of working hours? They seriously need help

I see Su Ah as a really selfish person in essence. Her parents seem indulgent and don't force her to be first…
The problem with Su-A is that she is obsessed with competing with everyone when her biggest competitor should be herself. You can see that Hae-e is mainly putting in effort for herself / focused on her own achievements. She is so oblivious to the fact that Sun-Jae and that other guy likes her lol (even though maybe she has an idea but doesn't have time to focus on a relationship) Imo a small part of her also hopes that one day her mom will acknowledge her / see her succeeding in life without her and regret leaving her behind. Su-a's unhealthy obsession with winning comes from a place of selfishness and idk why because she has parents who do everything for her yet she treats them like sh*t she doesn't even have chores etc... all she has to do is study and she's busy worrying about and waiting for their demise. She can't stand to see someone who she regards as "less than" surpass her / do better than her. She disgusts me.

he won't leave the program because he does legitimately care about teaching these kids even if their parents are…
It's just sad I don't believe students like Su-a are deserving of his teaching because she seeks to want to control everyone/everything and gatekeep Mr. Choi for herself. It's absolutelyridiculous when he teaches hundreds of students and the whole city knows who he is. Plus gatekeeping him isn't going to make her be the best student or magically increase her grades. At the end of the day has to put in the effort herself and take the exams herself. She's just a spoilt whiny brat. Just jealous of hae-e because she was able to study on her own and do more than decently on exams and now that Mr. Choi is helping her she's getting the highest scores math. Bffr
