also now that i think about it the whole point of the show is that the teachers are evil and the kids try to rebel and save run. so either the kids have to "win" and escape or the writer is going to try pull a bait switch in the end like "they're actually not evil they're just teaching them life lessons to make the world a better place" type of plot...yet i literally cannot think of a single justifiable reason they could have for drugging the kids in the beginning what the hell

am i the only one struggling to watch this? i keep trying to get invested with every episode that passes but the storyline is so boring and nonsensical and the characters are kids so they're supposed to be childish, but they just come off as thoughtless and flat. like at least with the gifted there was a sense of tension in the fight between kids vs teachers? i don't know why this show is struggling to nail that tone

you can actually get around that by using a vpn to make your internet look like its coming from korea! i do that and there's SO much more korean content on the korean version disney plus (note: not all shows on there have eng subs but revenant does) ps: you can do that for netflix too to access more korean content but again, not all shows have eng subs

he's besties with woo do hwan and previously personally made wdh guest in pjp. kmj sent a coffee truck jan '22 with a banner cheering on for the team (implying he wasn't in the cast then) and the script had to be rewritten sometime after ksr's dui which was march '22 onwards so my guess is wdw might have suggested him or the staff offered him a quick guest role when they rewrote the script
