I’m a big fan of jang Hyuk so can somebody tell me how his character is in this drama.
I am sure you know from the synopsis that he's the villain and after watching 3 episodes, I can say that his character is graciously written with lots of sense.
He made stupid choices at work bcs of his personal emotions which was wrong but he didn't do anything to make someone breakup with him. But sure, Rafael is the better choice bcs he's the chosen "male lead".
Do you expect logic in this drama? First of all its not fit for k drama audience and if its made it should be…
Yeah. even for West, they mostly make it clear that the first interaction could be lust which turns into love later but here they're showing it like they actually were in love when Rafael was a playboy back then and Woori also got over it soon.
So practically it was Woori's family that contributed to her breakup with Kang Jae and Woori did the final hit bcs her feelings were never sincere. And she instantly falls for Rafael as soon as the breakup happens with someone she was with for 2 years and the one who put up with everything till the end.
I wasn't sure about starting bcs I was an avid watcher of the original series "Jane The Virgin". But then I thought ai should see how the Kdrama essence works on it. Even so, I had already decided to give the first half a try, I, for sure knew I'd and up fast forwarding at some point bcs I know the story plus they're trying to sum up the five seasons into one.
Oh well, what I realized after 2-3 episodes that the way of representation has changed so even when I don't compare it with the original show, it still bothers me to certain levels. Few things about the characters and their choices plus decisions feel stupid, so stupid that I can't help but get angry.
I also came to realize that even when the same things were happening in the original show, nothing felt unnecessary or unusual, while things here are outright horrible. I am particularly mad about what happened to Kang Jae and now the way things are changing for Rafael and Woori.
i didn't particularly feel anything for Michael in the original show but here I feel very sorry for Kang Jae. Finishing 2 episodes, I am sure it things will escalate in ways to make us convince that the chosen ML and FL and perfect for each other but in everything, it's only Kang Jae who'll be left behind when he's at zero fault. As soon as Woori and Rafael start liking each other, Idk how to endure it. The actor (Shin Dong Wook) had a miserable ending in his last drama as well :((((
Reality is always ugly so people who are complaining should've known from the name of the drama HELL it's not…
People can't find many technical faults so all they're complaining about is how they don't like things in the drama.and for what? Because it's not a fairytale drama they have been hyping about, ratheran angsty story with melodrama that portrays real problems.
I was skeptical at first with JKJ, but she has big character development throughout the episodes. They need an…
I think its futile to put foreward a debate when you are entirely misinterpreting my opinions. Its just my preference which tells my that the drama should have had only 12 episodes, it should have been written like that from the beginning itself. When in the world I told that they did it extra to appease the audience. Also, again, rather than "why" it is 16 episodes, I have been screaming that I think there should have been no historical subplot connecting them. Very simple and clear but I guess its my ignorance that not letting you understand these brainless statements?
It already cleared to u why the historical setting is there and it linked to the final episode. Lots of people…
I have already made it clear that my criticism is not about "why" its there, rather a personal preference that the plot should not have been there at all. Anways, I was gonna accept your points with grace, until I read the last sentence, which makes it clear that you are an ignorant and I dont need bother myself to respond. Regardless, have a good day.

I will now finish this at 2x, bye.
