Usually NC scenes from my experience with watching Thai BL's. I watched Pit Babe uncut but was curious about the YouTube version for ep 13. There was an NC scene that was cut from the YouTube version - so that confirmed it for me, for that episode.
Also, there was a scene at the end of Ep 13 that was cut from the YT version. It wasn't NC, just a cute scene.

Yes, there is a difference - the uncut version usually longer because it has extra scenes or makes certain scenes longer (like NC scenes)

I thought he was doing one of those tests that he usually does to see if a kid has special alpha powers, but maybe he's just crazy.

People who are alphas have got special powers or senses. The engimas are more powerful than the alphas (I've read a lot of omegaverse fics but this is the first one I ever encountered enigma before so I did some Googling to understand it better. It is explained in the series that engimas are more powerful than alphas). If you're unfamiliar with omegaverse it might be a bit difficult to understand at first, especially because the show doesn't follow the typical alpha/beta/omega dynamics - but it does clear up as you continue to watch.
