I agree with you on the last part, 5 episodes to wrap up seem short, I feel like they used the pace of a 40-episodes-dramas instead of a 30, that's why some points got dropped and left to stagnate. But I hope the remaining 5 episodes would be great and answer all the missing answers.

The show is really good but people are mad because romance is not THE main thing of the drama. You should give a try, you'll see how good it is, because the main topic is revenge and it's well executed !

no love triangle. The FL doesn't have and ex and she tries to et close with the 2nd ml because she needs it but she will not be romantically involved with him. They will break up but stay together for their purpose ( they still feel something for each other tho) and They are getting back together around the latest 3 episodes.
