I was upset with ending before I came to look at other opinions. I didn't hate it, overall I actually like the show. The final scene was great but there were simply too many missing elements throughout the last few episodes for me personally to give it a perfect score. It's great that you liked it! So hopefully it's okay that I wished for just a bit more :)
With how disappointed a large portion of watchers were with the ending, I'm surprised that the overall rating of Lovely Writer hasn't gone up or down at all in the past 2 weeks.
Lovely Writer was 'lovely' but we all deserved a better ending than that. I can only hope that more series like this are produced. Maybe then we will be granted the privilege of a proper ending that doesn't forget about significant details/characters.
