I watched one episode around 5 years ago and dropped it once I saw people being yeeted into the stratosphere. I felt it was going to be way too cheesy and unrealistic. I ran out of things to watch lately and kept seeing this on kisskh, so I gave it another try. I’m on episode 7, but I really love the show so far. I’ve laughed a lot, even though it also has a serious plot.
if anyone is on the fence, please give it at least 3 episodes before you tap out. It’s very good!
edit: I’ve just finished it. It will always have a special place in my heart, and I already miss it
What was that ending? No season 2? I was looking past some of the cheesy stuff and trying to enjoy it for what it is. But I wish I never started this garbage show, just based on this ending.
Lol. This was interesting and fun.I liked Looney too. He was such a fun brat😂 and the actor did so well. However,…
That made me so mad. They set him up for failure by already having a guy planted there to try and get him to use. Why not offer him rehab and give him a chance at life. Not set him up to fail before he even puts his bags down. I wish his family and BF would have went to meet him instead. That was the one character I truly liked and wished he got a happy ending
I really dragged my feet starting this drama. The show’s synopsis and comments here surely didn’t help convince me either. However, I am pleasantly surprised with the show. It’s not an action packed thriller. It’s more of a slow burn. Things slowly come together and there are some twist along the way. I liked how things unveiled, and the show wrapped things up and provided closure for most of our main questions. I liked it. I don’t get the hate.
It waa alright. I considered dropping it after the first episode, but since it was only 6 episodes I decided to see it through. It’s an interesting concept, but kind of fell flat honestly.
This could be my favorite kdrama. I even got my friend who doesn’t like kdrama’s or reading subtitles to watch it. They finished it in 2 days. I’m so ready for season 2.
Agree with all of those - and I feel like the romance between the two leads was forced at the end - he liked her,…
The romance was 100% forced. She never saw him in that light and by him answering the phone incessantly while she’s trying to finish one sentence shows me that they will never be able to have a relationship, unless she’s helping him with a case. I think it was pointless to try and ship them together just for the sake of pairing them off, which is definitely what the writers did. You make a lot of valid points too. I liked the drama overall, but so many times I had to tell myself “this is an illogical tv show. just take it for what it is” and tried to ignore it long enough for them to wrap up, answer questions, and give proper closure, but they never did.
it was just “okay.” I feel it was kind of everywhere at times. I have so many questions that haven’t been answered. The ending for me was meh. At times, it waa a little hard to follow. I had to think about what they were referencing sometimes. It was still worth the watch..
1. The killer creates “blackouts” by wearing sunglasses. Why could she not see the blackouts when touching the shamans butt? How can the shaman see to kill people, but she could not see what he saw? 2. Why did they make such a big deal trying to investigate her moms “suicide” only to drop it? Was it only to try and put people on the mayors trail to think he’s a killer? I thought they pretty much proved he wasn’t in the area when that happened. Was it just to show he was a bad man? To use his death as a way to investigate the true killer? 3. The shaman is a killer now. Why did he not kill until he gained this ability?
Those are a few of my gripes.
I did think it was a funny drama, but at times I found the characters a little annoying.
I thought the 2521 thing was a treat, and I rather enjoyed it.
I’m a little disappointed that I couldn’t feel the same feelings about this drama as everyone else. I was really looking forward to it. I didn’t really get invested until around epsiode 10, and by then it was almost off. I wish the ending gave me closure. I’m left to wonder about the rest of the inmates. Also, looney!!!? Come on. I did grow to like the characters. i just didn’t feel it was as amazing as everyone else did. I found it to be a good filler drama, for when I was in between shows, and I needed something to watch. I am the 1 review out of 1000 that probably feels this way. 🤷♀️
I’ve never seen him in a role that wasn’t a quirky, funny, or kind person. His character in Uncunny Counter 2 threw me for a loop. He plays that dark character so, so well! I didn’t know he had that in him.

oh well! on to the next!
The OST alone is worth watching.
