I've seen over 40 shows live in.. 6 countries. There are doubles in that list, though. But yeah, for me, musicals are pretty great. ;)

Haha thanks :P Now I'm off to catch up with other shows.. first and foremost "I Hear Your Voice", I can't believe I actually skipped a week's worth of episodes DDD:
Okay, so I wasn't really fond of the Lion King musical, as it was nowhere as convincing as the movie and it seemed to be more of an Africa promotion with ballet-type of dancing mixed in rather than a musical, but okay. Not enough (German) singing by far.
Musicals are kind of a triple threat, a show in which performers are required to sing, dance, and act. Most of them have 2 acts and take about 2 to 2.5 hours in total. I personally love it because you're looking at real, awesome talent and dedication on the stage. Story range is quite large. My favourites are Sunset Boulevard by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Elisabeth for the ~deeper shows, Legally Blonde and Singin' In The Rain for the somewhat lighter, funnier shows. :)

Hehe yep, they were just acting so silly during the Mnet Awards that I had to put one of the pictures on my profile, they make me happy ^o^
I used to do it with Running Man too, and I might have to do it again as I finished High Kick yesterday, sobs. I miss the characters already!
Oh I will. I'm just killing some time now before going to see The Lion King musical, I'm excited. Hope you had fun with your friends!

Naesang does improve a bit.. but he definitely does a lot of stupid stuff as well, that just makes me go: "what, really???" And then I just facepalm in annoyance.
I was trying to finish watching it before leaving for Hamburg (on Monday), but I don't think I'll quite manage that. I think I might attempt to download the last few episodes, so I can watch it while traveling. :') And it's not a surprise that I got a bit farther more quickly than you, as you seem to have been watching other shows as well, and I've been watching High Kick! almost exclusively :') It's just things are a bit shit right now and High Kick! just cheers me up, so I've been focusing on that.
And that sounds lovely, hope you have fun :) Seems we won't get to speak to each other in a while, as I'm leaving on holiday on Monday. See you next week, then!

He is! I quite like how many of the characters have their annoying and silly traits, but still stay so loveable. :) The only one I'm really having trouble with is Naesang, but that might be because the actor really reminds me of this one professor I hate. I'm convinced it's something to do with the eyes. Arghh.
Smiling is definitely good, keep doing that ;)

I love slow songs, but Seung Yoon's song lacks a bit of oomph for me. Still, his voice is lovely. Idk if he's gonna debut in a band, but I agree, that'd be cool too. Ahh he's just so much fun in High Kick! too, I kind of hope he'll act more often.

I did hear the new CD, it sounds great! If there's more to come, that's only very positive ;)
Also, did you hear that Kang Seung Yoon from High Kick! released a single? I'm happy for him, he finally got to debut, and solo too. :)

But it does show that the writing is totally awesome. :)
And yep, As One! It also has Ha Ji Won in it, and the storyline is just very interesting.. and I don't even like sports ;)
Yeah, Hyesung is great :D And no worries, there's no rush, you don't have to watch all of it right now or ever, if you don't want to. :) I'm just glad you liked this episode, haha. <3

Haha, I've done that before too. :') I like owning things on CD, and if there's one song I like a lot I will buy the album as well. XD
I haven't been to too many places either, nothing beyond the UK, Belgium, Germany or France, generally. We did go to Barcelona once, and I studied in Vienna for a semester and I visited Croatia then, but that's really all. I've never been as far away as Turkey. ;)
There are actually Asian movies with Dutch subs! Not too many, but a few. MTV used to broadcast it back in the day. And an online rental service offers a few for like 5 Euros a watch. Hopefully Netflix will have those, too :P
Wow, those schools sound awesome. I don't actually know schools that offer the same classes here, at least not in the neighbourhood. It sucks you didn't get into the school of your choice though, but I hope this will be great too!

Oh, I like your taste in music so far, Opera is my favourite SuJu song too ;) And as this site cannot read Hangul.. which MBLAQ song is it exactly? The one from BLAQ%?
Haha, that does make you even I guess. Boo Prim ;) And oh, I just saw I wrote my friend went, but I went too XD It's in France, actually! The castle is called Pierrefonds and so is the village. It's near to Compiègne, which is about one hour's drive north of Paris. :) If you want to see, I posted photos here: http://solyndra.livejournal.com/54083.html It's really quite old though.. from before season 2 even aired. Some things have changed a bit, but it's still gorgeous.
Thanks :D I'm not sure when it's coming exactly, but hopefully soon!
Wow, that sounds like a fantastic opportunity. I'm a bit envious ;) But I hope you'll have tons and tons of fun :D

I did hear Paradise, it's gorgeous :) Actually the song that convinced me to listen to more Infinite, haha. <3
I know the ending too, but I still want to watch it. I always used to watch it live.. but somehow I got too distracted with Queen In Hyun's Man during season 5, and I misrecorded a few episodes and then I just never got to see the end of it, whoops.. but it used to be my favourite show. A friend of mine even went to Pierrefonds, where the show is filmed. It's a gorgeous castle, really. :)
Oh, sounds good. I'll keep it in mind :D I wonder when Netflix will be available here.. it was only announced last month after all.
I see :) So you'll get Chinese at school? That is awesome! But good luck with the studying then, I'm sure you'll do awesomely :D

For now it seems I'm still just a Shawol, I guess I should listen to more Infinite stuff first.. but I did like what I heard so far, so that's good? And feel free to give me recs, recs are good :D I'm always a bit lost when trying to get familiar with new music, haha!
You know, that hasn't actually happened to me yet O: Maybe when it does, I can finally finish Merlin.. I'm still stuck at episode 4 of the last season XD
We don't have Netflix here, hence the comment. It seems they announced last month they're coming to the Netherlands though, so yay! I'm curious what the selection of movies etc. will be. :)
Does the website offer you help as well? I think I'd personally prefer classes, but that's because I took adult classes French once (had to give up due to lack of time) and it just was so much fun.~

Ahh, I'm only just starting to listen to Infinite. :) A really like A Man In Love~ I still have to check B.A.P and Big Bang out more, but it seems they're both hiphop bands and I'm not overly fond of the genre. I do quite like MBLAQ though. Especially "Oh Yeah". It just gets stuck in my head and I'll sing it for days :P Especially when I finish something awesome. I'll check out Secret, T-ara and IU as I'm not familiar with them (musically). Thanks :D
True enough. But it's strange, ever since I started dramas I've grown less fond of American and British shows :') But I'm sure their time will come again.
Ah, is that so? I'm not really familiar with Miss A either (just "I Don't Need A Man"), but this doesn't really inspire me to get better acquianted with them :P
Well, Viki doesn't have much, but you might find something! And Netflix works for you? Impressive. & Yeah, Chinese seems hard!

For me, I think SHINee just tops the other K-pop bands, even for memories alone. :) I really love their new albums too! But who are your favourites?
I do love that about K-dramas.. I used to watch BBC and American shows as well, but some of them just don't ever end. Long live dramas :')
IU is really cute in Dream High, that's true. Not too fond of Suzy in this though, tbh.
I've watched a few Asian movies with Dutch subs, but it's weird. I do prefer English :') And I only watch Viki on my phone, it's quite easy to find shows there.. just search by country. :) But you're studying Chinese? Impressive! I wish you luck, hwaiting!!

Haha really? :) I like f(x) a lot too, but my favourite is still SHINee. It's almost been a year, but they're still my favourite people in the whole world. When I'm having a bad day I just need to look at them (or Jonghyun) to feel better.
Makes sense :) I think 50 hours just of the same drama is a bit much though? There's so much out there to watch :')
Yeah, everyone seems to love the drama? I haven't figured out why yet???
So many sites are shutting down. Very sad :'( I'm not really fond of Viki either. Plus there's not much available to watch in the Netherlands, so it's not really an option for me either.

Nice :) I don't know too many K-pop groups yet, but there are quite a few I do really like.. most of them from S.M. Entertainment for some reason, lol.

There's quite a few people I like in it as well: Lee Jong Suk, Krystal, Kim Ji Won.. :) Otherwise I really wouldn't have started, haha!
I started Dream High because I have the KBS World app and they were airing it, but now they seem to have stopped airing it, so mean *lol* Can't say I'm really into it so far, though..
I used to watch on Dramacrazy, but nowadays mostly Gooddrama or Epdrama. I miss Dramacrazy :(

She also said she would go to Lawyer Cha after she ~gets over this, so I'm still a little worried! ngl it's gonna break my heart if he doesn't get her, but seeing Lawyer Cha so sad made me sad too. ...it's just a lose/lose situation, isn't it?
And well, can't say about High Kick! yet (though I think he'll be paired off eventually), but it'd be the first drama, I think, yes. After all School didn't really have a romance plot; in When I Was The Prettiest he gets the girl but she leaves him; in Secret Garden he was after a guy (didn't get him either).. whilst in Prosector Princess he didn't have enough screentime to get any plot of his own. As for movies.. he has a romance plot in As One! But reading the descriptions/characters I think you may have an idea where that headed. All the same, it's an amazing and inspiring movie, I would really recommend it if you run out of LJS goodies.~
