Thanks... feel free to send support for the rest of the month kekeke

I've heard many similar opinions about Miss Ripley... lol. The premise sounds more interesting to me than Missing You's, though. Especially the real-life case it's based on... but the comments put me off quite a bit which is why I've not watched the drama yet despite the fact that I've been considering to for over a year lol

Amour & Pâtisserie is about a cake-shop without a name in Taipei. The head-chef is a bit eccentric and puts out different cakes each day, but she excels at her work. The story starts when Allen comes back to Taiwan, is robbed of all his stuff (incl. his clothes) and knocks on the door of the shop, eventually getting a job and place to stay. So far the drama's been building up everyone's relationships (there's the chef, her two sisters, her foster-son, Allen and two other employees) as well as..

Omg writing my Bachelor thesis was already hellish, the Master thesis is worse. I'm not writing on a subject that I'm particularly interested in this time around, on top of that a subject that I knew next to nothing about at the start... and it's a lterature research *plus* a sort of empirical research... and needs to very many pages long... whaa I hate it >>

Aw, melos really don't sound like a genre I'm interested in then... D: ... and that's also the reason why I've avoided Missing You so far. I really wanna see Yoochun's Miss Ripley though...

Too bad about In A Good Way... :( I must say I'm really enjoying Amour & Pâtisserie so far... but maybe that's 'cause I can only watch an episode once in very many weeks' time.. the subs are slow. :P But the pâtisserie segments are always worth the wait.

Hihi thank youuuu I really do want to finish my thesis soon so that the uni stress can settle down a bit. I don't like thesis-writing - it's a constant battle with yourself and I find it exhausting. Oh well ^^

Yeah endings really aren't Kdramas' strong suit. I did hear someone say that too many melos end on a happy note these days, is that also your problem with the recent melo endings?

Also I'm thinking of starting another currently airing drama, but a Taiwanese one... but what to pick... it's always so hard to determine if a TW-drama will turn out well and the recent dramas all seem to have become progressively worse as time went on... .-. Why is picking new dramas so difficult lol

Yeah the security and general protection of the president and those close to him is not that well organized kekeke bit disappointing and frustrating to watch.

Thanks :) I've already written over 40 pages for my thesis.. I hope to finish the first draft by the end of the month :) But afterwards I'll be doing an internship abroad so I;ll probably not have a lot of time to watch many dramas until September or so... such a long wait ^^

I've never watched melos so I don't know about their bad endings but I hope the ending of this one will be to your liking :)

It's just odd! Is really everyone against the president? But even so... how can there be no protection for the witness...? The justice system is seriously flawed in this drama.

The chaebol I mean is Kim Do Jin from the Jaesin group ;)

I'm really just watching Bride Of The Century, Three Days and The Return Of Superman for now. I don't have the time to watch anything else at the moment, I'm busy writing my master thesis ^^ I hope you're enjoying Beyond The Clouds? :)

..mind. It's just so frustrating that the bad guys are apparently so good that they can find our guys everywhere (and seem to control everyone in society as well as in the government), yet neither Bo Won nor Tae Kyung are ever really arrested and can just go their own way. Does it make sense? I don't know about Korea, but here in the Netherlands, if Tae Kyung was accused of this murder, they could opt to keep him in jail until the trial starts. Considering he's been investigated quite a bit lately, I don't understand why they don't go for that option. And considering Tae Kyung only gets in the way I don't see why the Jaesin-group would allow him to walk around freely.

Rawr. Rage. If we're just going to focus on the tension and action in this drama, couldn't you have planned it a bit better or at least more logically?

Mostly the fact that:
a) no one seems to think of defending the witness, only Tae Kyung (of course)
b) his 'relationship' with this chaebol doesn't make any sense - both of them should've killed the other before... at the very least the chaebol guy should've eliminated Tae Kyung if he was this much of a nuisance... not admit him to his home??? what was that all about???
c) Suddenly the Kim Do Jin guy has spies and friends everywhere... at the same time the 'good guys' are nowhere near as organized and it feels like watching Tae Kyung vs. the rest of the world
d) The character of the president feels a little inconsistent, or is that just me? E.g. first he said what the prosecutor said is true, then he denies all charges... now he wants to help the prosecutor, but goes to see Do Jin. I don't think that will stop Yangjiri part II.

..there's more but that's all that immediately comes to..

It's a different situation if the drama has been completed before I start watching it... but if I lose interest in a currently airing drama then my interest really plummets haha :P Three Days is kind of on its way to going there, sadly.. but as I never drop dramas I'm going to have to get through it. At least there's Yoochun, right? :P

I've been in a real variety-show mood lately XD It's just unfortunate we can't track which variety shows we've seen on MDL..

I'm actually really trying to keep watching Three Days because part of me is afraid that when I skip a week I might not be bothered to catch up... it's a bit sad but there it is. As for Bride Of The Century... I didn't like episode 9 thst much and it really put me off. I should probably just continue it...

Omg the show makes me want to have kids so badly. Idk they're so cute and adorable and I kind of want that too. Plus I like seeing how much all the couples love each other. Though it's a TV show, it feels very genuine and lovely. I like it. A lot. :)

Eee thanks ^^ I just watched half of episode 9 so I do hope to at least finish watching one of the Three Days episodes today :P Come to think of it, I'm quite a bit behind with Bride Of The Century as well oops

But yessssss do you now understand why I was so distracted?? I mean I love all the kids but Sarang's most definitely my favourite too *g* We do have a similar taste ;D

Well, I hope they go for a new twist. Saw you managed to watch the eps yesterday, so I'm glad you didn't have computer trouble this time round :D I'm gonna try to watch the episodes later today... I wasn't at home yesterday so I couldn't watch it. I've also been hopelessly distracted by the variety show The Return Of Superman this week so ehm who knows what will happen. That show is really just too cute for words ;~;

I know! Finally some practical cleverness from Tae Kyung's side ;) I do so hope they won't make him a suspect again in the next episode. Though to be fair, since he's about the only person left on the president's side, it'd be a good move to make by his enemies... discredit the one person on the president's side and you sincerely weaken his position. But I guess we'll see what really happens... he's been accused a few times too many in the drama, accusing him again would get old I guess.

Oh no, I'm sad to hear that :( *huggles* Nothing serious I hope? Hope you feel better soon!

Well, it seems there are three sequences that last three days... but eh yeah they're not really using this concept very effectively are they ^^;;;;

Okay, there was some stupidness in this week's Three Days as well, but overall I was quite excitedly yelling at the screen. I quite enjoyed myself XD

I'm kind of disappointed in that respect really :/ Before the show aired everyone involved said it was one of the most amazing scripts they'd ever read and... to be honest, I'm enjoying it, but I'm not seeing *that*. Ah well, what can you do. Let's just see what happens this week.. :')

Probably payback on the bad guys ;)

I think she could be a great character if only she didn't constantly get in the way... such a frustrating watch ;; really why is Han Tae Kyung the only one with wits they're all supposed to be highly trained agents!!

Indeed let's train them to help with the bad guys, but leave our oppa alone ^^

The worst thing is that everyone's being set up, so his death was ultimately unnecessary... I mean, I get that Tae Kyung had to shoot to protect the president, but he was manipulated into doing this and lost his life. So cruel and heartbreaking.. but I do think he'll stick around for a bit, at least for the flashbacks. Tae Kyung's not gonna get over what he did so easily.

Lee Cha Young has her talents (like I said before, she seems smart), but reading the situation does not seem to be one of her talents..! Whose thought was it to put her out in the field??? She's made quite a few crucial mistakes already in this drama.. wouldn't it be better if she just did research or smth?

Agreed, kids, don't hurt Tae Kyung! But I just thought it was such a sweet response, awww :')
