My favourite at the start was tall ghost lady (Hyewon) and at the end it was the writer gf (Seonhae). Red heels couple ftw ❤️ That "Unnie, I'm back!" was so good because I didn't expect someone to do that (break their bulb and stay). Also Hyewon is so nice for remembering and sending off the bus driver to Hyunju's building. She may have traumatised her with her ghost appearance but ended up helping her in the end!
Hyunmin and Jiyeong had the most doomed story. She likely severed the "red thread" between them when she you know, and her punishment is he won't remember her, but she didn't want to accept it and hence became vengeful. It's a lose-lose situation for both of them.
I predicted the student's mom was the light shop owner's daughter given their ages (remember he is old), but their scenes still made me tear up so much. It was a beautiful reunion and now they are a family with a cute dog. Would be cute if he got to meet his granddaughter one last time though!
The detective is so cool lol he was giving main character energy from his very first scene and he eventually became it.
And for people who expected a romance between JJH and PBY when the show was announced, her referring to him as "that ahjussi" must hurt extra haha!
The events in the second half of the finale seemed to set up for a second season, if we get one I hope it's just as good as the first if not better!

Keep your eyes 👁👁 ears 👂👂 and nose 👃 open while watching. She was toying with him and wanted to be free of him (hence asked him to leave her as the "kidnapper") because he told the kidnapper to call when there's a corpse. She knows he's a tough negotiator who doesn't give in to terrorist demands, but was appalled he would use the same approach with his WIFE involved.

Female actors are so often overlooked. I remember during all the Lovely Runner hype it was Byeon Woo-Seok getting all the attention and Kim Hye-Yoon not getting equal love and attention (except from her dedicated fanpages). Chae Soo-Bin has worked incredibly hard for years and deserves this spotlight along with Yoo Yeon-Seok, they have both come a long way and are both doing incredible.

This has been said a thousand times over but I'll say it again - that bus accident scene was a masterpiece. I was already impressed with all the great overhead shots and camerawork, but that scene was a class apart. Stunning style of filming and editing!
I've never cried during an accident scene because the characters in those shows have plot armor and the show can't go on without them so of course they'll be fine, but knowing what we know in this drama, that scene was truly devastating.

Another example - FL in Full House (I know it's old but it's like a classic in enemies to lovers drama so). She was earning her keep but people (watching now) have a problem with the FL being "weak" and "a pushover" for doing the house chores etc for a rude ML (that was literally her job at that point if she wanted a living space).
However if the FL is mature and understanding they call her dull and boring, case in point - Shin Hyun-Been in Cinderella At 2AM.
We are halfway into the drama and episode 6 gave ✨ nothing ✨. It didn't make me feel anything at any point (and today is a good day so it's not my mood impacting my viewing lol). I was excited for the lilacs to bloom but it was so... at the wrong time. Hate-dating may be funny to watch, but come on, they should've had atleast one slightly heartfelt exchange by now.
The show is reminding me of No Gain No Love. Good enough start but somewhere along the way it missed a turn and now everything's going in a weird direction. I also feel like there are way too many characters and storylines for a 12 episode drama where the main couple's scenes have been neglected to include other storylines, couples, and fueds.
They really wasted 10CM live singing on the wrong couple 🥲 The SML confession was so lacking in warmth, depth, and charisma. I did not at any moment care about their "romantic" (?) scenes together of playing basketball or whatever, it was just wasted screentime. The SML isn't interesting enough, and there's simply not a connection there. No hate to the actor, I liked what little I saw of him as the secretary's little brother in 19th Life, but the writing of this character did the actor dirty.
I have no words for the character Cha Ji-Hye. But at tiny little moments I can see her hesitation. She might confess and break down and apologize, and I'll be atleast a little glad if that happens, but I'm not sure if I can count on it.
The writing and direction also did Jung Yu-Mi wrong. Hell I even liked her chemistry with Nam Joo-Hyuk in The School Nurse Files. And she's a decent enough actor. However this role did not gel well with her. There are other ways to express frustration and hatred than curling your lip.
I sincerely hope it gets better in the coming episodes. I don't mind bickering and misunderstandings but there's a point at which it becomes too much especially without any resolution of the problems. I really don't want them finally cozying up to each other in the last half of the finale.
All of this is coming from someone who was invested in the adult couple and didn't care all that much for the teen version (the actors are great though), so no, watching for the teens or having the show be only about the teens would not have been the solution.
