The writer has perfected pacing and intensity in this drama. While I did enjoy the The Penthouse and Escape Of The Seven, Reborn Rookie feels much more polished and cohesive. The characters are definitely written better; less screaming, more scheming!
The end of the fourth episode, what a terrible situation to be in 😞. That poor child!
If someone has anxiety or an anxiety disorder related to a specific setting or situation, it is recommended they expose themselves to the setting slowly so they’re not completely thrown off if they must be in it in an emergency. Slowly enter the situation little by little and deal with the feelings of unease or painful memories, and try to be okay with it or come to terms with it, so you don’t get caught in panic when you MUST be in that situation.
The Director is really cool! I hope she sticks around for a few episodes or is a recurring character.
We feel or express annoyance over certain characters in village/seaside dramas so quickly, like the village chiefs, but they’re actually so useful and have so many duties we don’t see until later, like the village chief here steering the boat in rough waters.
Why don’t you just block the user zezeKarena or whatever the name is? With the orange profile photo. It’s…
There will always be SML fans. I’m a Mingi fan but clearly ML and FL have better chemistry here, and I love Jaewook’s jealousy expressions. I can’t complain much about rabid SML lovers as I did the same during Extraordinary You with Baek Kyung lmao, but Baek Kyung (Jaewook - Extraordinary You), Han Seojun (Hwang Inyoup - True Beauty), Kim Taeseong (Song Geonhee - Lovely Runner) had a different kind of scene stealer aura, so it’s understandable. Forced SML hyping is so unnecessary.
Omg Crazy Hong Mingi fan in the comment section 🤪Crazy is an understatement btw please refrain to interact…
Block it and you’ll have a clean comment section. I tolerated it during To My Beloved Thief but I couldn’t take it anymore here. Blocked it and it’s much more peaceful. (Speaking as a Mingi fan, we don’t like their deranged comments either.)
the entire drama is getting ruined because of a certain leads fanbase!!!!Such a beautiful drama getting ruined…

Hong Mingi's fans seem like jealous children who don't know how to appreciate and support their favorite actor's…
We aren’t all bad seeds, I promise. It’s 2-4 of them who never show up to appreciate him or discuss his roles and talent, they only comment to diss the other lead(s) in the most immature manner. And maybe a lot of them are very young and haven’t learned manners yet, they’re incredibly rude even to rational Mingi fans. It was troublesome trying to comment in the To My Beloved Thief thread, and the Love Your Enemy thread long before.
You’re absolutely right. As someone who has loved watching him rise and grow, dramas like this and TMBT are great opportunities and he gets to bond with and learn from others. Anytime an actor is cast as lead too early, they get nepotism and connections allegations thrown their way, so having them be leads so soon can do more harm than good. Let him (and other young rookie actors) work hard and grow slowly the same way actors who are getting consistent lead roles now did.
love the way both the father nd mother, tease their daughter by her name as if they named her just to do that!…
I think there’s a cute story there, maybe she made up the pronunciation when she was a child and still living with them, like “I will destroy all the bad guys, BANG BANG!” and it became a cute inside joke, but she doesn’t remember. When she remembers she will realise it’s her dad 🥺.
Cha Woo Min has reportedly joined the cast. He will play Baruka, a character who will oppose Seong Jin U.https://m.entertain.naver.com/home/article/609/0001132494
I personally really like when school violence dramas and movies have female characters / fighters, so I enjoyed Brave Citizen, Study Group, and Teach You A Lesson a lot. Jin Kijoo is… every time I see her, I love her more and more! Started this for her and I love her character! 🫡🔥
Ok the sml is fine!! Lol who is that? He needs his own show sheesh! I’m enjoying the first two episodes hopefully…
Hong Mingi. He hasn’t had much screentime in shows so far, his longest screentime was in To My Beloved Thief. He was in Love Your Enemy, Study Group, Trigger, ONE High School Heroes. He was also in Night Has Come and Crushology 101 but he had too little screentime there, also I don’t recommend Crushology it wasn’t a good drama IMO. Personally I would suggest To My Beloved Thief (SML+villain in the first half), Love Your Enemy (younger version of ML), and Trigger (villain/bully) if you want to see some more of him!
“Why not?? I’m a doctor too 🥺”

I wish I could answer the phone with “Veronica Park. Speaking,”.
