ugh! I hadn't heard this. A second season?? They are having a hard time with fodder for the first one. I think many of us are struggling through this one series.
Now I am confuse, I thought its going to be 4 episode per couple .. but base on the preview its still Ter and…
I think it will focus on one couple per four episodes with the other couples still part of the storyline but with the way this is going only time will tell.
We still don't know what actually happened with Easter and Hill and I am hella tired of the flashbacks leaking…
Right?! Hill is two years older than Ter, he's in his third year, Ter is in his first, they haven't seen each other (I'm guessing here) for two years. In those two years, it didn't dawn on Mild that if Hill liked her he would have made a move by now. And in those two years she couldn't spare a sec to let him know her feelings? But Ter arrives on campus and Hill immediately comes to life. *shakes my head* She cannot get any dumber.
I had an argument with myself about writing this post. No hate at all to the actors, they are following the directors and the script. But, damn, the writers, wtf? Stop writing stupid women! Thunmild needs to be hit by a clue-by-four ffs. And this isn't the only series showcasing stupid ass women who can't read a room. Why they decided to add some angst into the next episode for Hill and Ter is beyond me, haven't they had enough angst already? I mean, it gets exhausting.
OK, I admit it, I'm finally struggling with this series. First question after seeing way too many series lately where the female in the series refuses to see what's right in front of her, what is with the writers? Why? Why do they write this many dumb women? Although they did write a dumbass man in Kim also, he's another who can't see the forest through the trees. (Don't get me wrong Zax is hot AF but the character is, well nope.) This next thing I blame on the writer's, this back and forth bs is exhausting. It's time for Elyes to put his big boy panties on and tell Pat he loves him, kick Kim out of his damn office, and tell Run to go pound sand. One thing I do not understand about these dramas is the amount of people who walk in and out of offices like they own the place. As someone who has an office, if someone doesn't knock on my door and me telling them to come in, I can guarantee they aren't coming in. End of rant, I think... π
I thought the same. There is something something going with him, it was alluded to a few times (his hands losing…
agreed. I was just rewatching the scene where X changes the tire and at first watch I had thought his best friend was giving him Princess treatment (cause who wouldn't give Top Princess treatment, he's so damn fine!) but nope, I don't think that's it.
and i am now in angst that pi namping will die. he made all this photos and i saw it in my universe...and in some…
I thought the same. There is something something going with him, it was alluded to a few times (his hands losing strength.) I will not be ready for that.
I just finished the second episode. I think Mick & Top are one of my absolute favorite pairs. They are visually stunning and together I love their chemistry. If the remaining six episodes are like these last two I will be in here complaining it did not last longer. πππ
No shade, legitimate question: Why? Why not this pairing? I'm curious.
I appreciate you answering the question. I have seen this type of pairing many times, in real life, so that dynamic does not surprise me at all. I do agree with you about the silly expressions and almost slapstick-like scenes in the BL college series when several guy's behaviors resemble toddlers rather than young adults. It seems as though writers and directors cannot get away from that shtick. I do question the directors who want this type of over the top dramatization from the actors.
Am i the only one who's enjoyed a lot over the past 2 episode? I guess maybe some of you guys always watch those…
You are definitely not alone, I've said this many times, not every series has to traumatize me into therapy. I'm loving Ter with Hill. I really love this series and I look forward to Thursdays, so much so, I close my office door and watch it immediately with a "do not disturb" sign. π
YEP! he plays the SAME character every time and very annoying ones at that. itβs hard to get into that couple…
I'm going to respectfully disagree in regards to his acting, his portrayal of Intouch in "Until We Meet Again" was *chef's kiss* especially "that" scene. The horror, grief, loss, etc. that character went through at that moment, I believe he pulled off and he did it in the short amount of time given by the script. That scene alone, for me, showed off his skill. This is just my opinion and I know it will either resonate or not resonate with others.
My take on the first two episodes and some of the comments here. I have a feeling the "dream" in the opening scene may not initially have been a dream. Perhaps this is how Ter's father finds out Ter is gay, he walked in on Hill and Ter in bed together. I'm basing this on the clothes left on the floor and the clothes Hill and Ter are wearing in the preview for episode 3. I also understand I can be completely wrong. Regarding the giving the phone number without permission that has a few people's panties in a bunch, Hill is the President of the club, he can get the phone number whenever he wants because its part of Ter's sign up to the club, most likely along with his email address. And before anyone comes saying "I would have made him look it up." Great, kudos. This is a non-issue for me cause it's a light drama. Ter doesn't hate Hill. He doesn't, it is obvious. What he is doing is protecting himself, not from Hill, from potential hurt. Again, I could be wrong. Hill is most definitely a man in love and honestly, if my potential significant other doesn't look at me the way Hill looks at Ter, what's the point? The restrained excitement on Hill's face when Ter lets him hold his hand, was *chef's kiss* There is no malice or threats in Hill's pursuit of Ter. What I like about Hill is him being loud and proud about loving Ter while at the same time only revealing his watch on social media. And yes, his watch is different and people can figure it out but he can always take it off if the social media post was bothering him that much. (and before comments of he needs it to tell time, he can keep it in his pocket along with his cell phone which also displays the time.) As far as the episodes and the couples, pretty sure each couple will get four-ish episodes each. Again, could be wrong. This is a light, cute series and should be taken as such. I am enjoying it immensely and I look forward to Thursdays.
