Pretty good job opportunity. I would take it as well. I don't expect the movie to be great though. The Keanu Reaves/John Wick cash cow is dead.

maybe it (synopsis, trailer, movie poster) looked interesting at first, so he watched it and reflects on its initial impression? not an unusual behaviour I would say.

Also: He provides information so other's don't have to watch a boring movie. Like me.

Oh yeah, I liked it. Not particularly good objectivly, but a dream to fangirl/fanboy over the two. XD Enough happy giggle moments included. :P And it's a fast watch (only 8x 25min)

it was refreshing to watch. I wouldn't rate it that high because it's hands down only good average and nothing stands out in particular, but the overall vibe was good and pulled through all 14 episodes. No obvious plotholes, no boring parts and the actors were given space to flesh out their characters in different ways. Pretty cool.

Good movie? Maybe not. It's kinda average. Not bad, but the 8.7 rating is too high. Objectivly spoken, there are way more movies out there, which are significant better and don't reach the 8.7 score.

I would say, it's a strong 7.5 or weak 8.0.

The story is nothing new and literaly straight forward. The korean touch makes it quite brutal and sadistic. IMHO I don't like it but that's up to you.

Comparing this to Rookie Cops? Yes, you can do that. You will find the better watching experience here, but romance is not included. (but also not needed)

Wow, what a blast. Strong 10/10. Especially the finale is just bonkers. Both Kim Tae Ri and Shin Ye Eun delivered. I never had them on my radar, but the performance quality of those two is immense.

Now I have to spice up my korean skills so I can watch a gukgeuk show live ...
