There was a rumor last year that XZ and Dilreba will star in Mirror: Twin Cities but due to what happen to Xiao Zhan last year. It did not pan out. The same author also wrote The Longest Promise and this time she makes sure Xiao Zhan will be the male lead for her next drama which is The Longest Promise. As for Legend of Anle, there was also a rumor of Xiao Zhan as ML since he will be available in August . But the latest news out there is not going to be him.
Anyway, Xiao Zhan is very busy with his schedules. filming his latest drama ( The Longest Promise ), Stage Play ( A dream of a dream ) traveling through different cities in China, doing a lot of commercials and Tencent promise him a movie in exchange for filming The Longest Promise. I hope he takes some time off / vacation since he is working non-stop.

You mean the controversy about someone pretending to be Zhao Lusi and expressing her affection to Xiao Zhan. It was an anti fan pretending to be Zhao Lusi to create rumors. Zhao Lusi is innocent. She is a good actress and her acting is very natural.

With Dilreba may not happen. They tried twice with Mirror of Twin Cities and Legend of Anle. Both pairing did not work out.

Zhao Lusi end up with Jason Koo in OME series. I am hoping Zhao Lusi will be the female lead for DL Season 2 ( rumors). She has big followers. They get along very well during the filming of OME.

With Zhao Lusi in OME, XZ was the Second ML while Bai Lu in Ace Troops is just a guest star. I want to see them as his Female Lead in his next drama.

I like that they change the title to The Longest Promise than Jade Bone Ballad. It is easier to remember. The trailer looks really good even though they have not finish filming yet.

I really want to see Xiao Zhan pair up with Zhao Lusi, Bai Lu, Bambi Zhu or Li Landi in his next drama. There are so many talented young actress in C-drama right now. I think Oath of Love will be release first before Ace troop and The Longest Promise. If you watch the Tencent 10th Anniversary show yesterday, Oath of Love is one of the preview show aside from you are my glory. I wonder what will be his next drama after The Longest Promise finish filming. There is DC season 2 but they did not announce it yesterday if they will start shooting.

I am more worried about intrusion of privacy from all the cast members. We don't want leak videos or gossips or fake rumors.

I know they have 6 VIP brand spokespeople. Yang Yang and Kris Wu drama will all be coming out soon. Their drama were filmed last year (2020). I am just worried about Xiao Zhan drama. Oath of Love was filmed in 2019.

Time to shop for TODS this weekend. I will buy TODS products instead of LV and Chanel this year just for Xiao Zhan.

CCTV exchange one of their drama with Hunan for OOL. This is a rumor circulating since last week. I hope it is true and CCTV will give us a surprise for 520. It is still 520 in US.

Xiao Zhan needs a better agent and lawyer who can represent him to make sure the production company follow the contract to the dot. When they promise him in the contract that he will be the first male lead, then he should be the first male lead. If they change in the middle of the production. he can walk away and still keep the money that they promise to pay him. Whoever break the promise will have to incur the lost. Same with the producer, if they promise them that Xiao Zhan will be the first male lead and later on they change to someone else, the producer can also nullify their investment.
I also noticed for a year now that he is being used to promote a lot of the variety shows. They keep saying that he will be a guest and we all know those are fake just to lure his fans to watch the shows.
