I have been thinking maybe Xiao Zhan studio can take over the distribution right of Oath of Love from Hunan/Mango TV after the expiration date of 5/20. He will become one of the executive producer and sell it to Dragon TV or CCTV to be broadcast with the full 32 episodes which include all the romantic scenes.

I do hope that on his next drama project, Xiao Zhan will be pair up with older mature experience actresses like Nini, Angelababy, Maggie Jiang or Jing Tian. As for the OOL, I hope Tencent releases it soon.

I don't think it is Tencent fault. Mango/ Hunan TV is holding back the release date. Other TV stations are willing to buy it at a higher price but Hunan/Mango TV is making it difficult. We should ask Long Dani ( Wajijiwa ) since she has a strong relationship with Hunan TV.

As a fan we should support all his TV and movie projects. Xiao Zhan is a very smart guy who picks different roles. From Fantasy Xianxia drama ( Untamed ), Super-heroes ( Douluo Continent ), Bounty Hunter/Prince ( Wolf ), Oath of Love ( Doctor ) , ACE troops ( Military drama ) and Villain/ Secret Agent ( Joy of LIfe ). I am still waiting for him to play as a CEO of a very big corporation.

Titan is 7'1 or 7"2. Most of the men in this series are over 6 feet tall. There is a video in youtube that introduce all the other characters and most of them have six packs.

I don't think we should compare the drama with the anime. Some of the details will be different. That is why they call it an adaptation. It is not copy and paste. I remember long time ago, when I watch Chris Evans Captain America (the first movie). They were showing the scene where he was very skinny and not qualified to join the army They put his head on someone else skinny body before he was transformed into his masculine body using a special machine. Yet nobody question it.

I have the same problem with the anime /manga version. Whenever I watch it, I keep falling asleep . It makes me very sleepy. I prefer the live action adaptation better. The rating for this drama should be higher. It should be around 9.

This drama did not start yet. It will be shown this summer 2021.

The story of this drama is very unique. It is the first ever modern Chinese Super Heroes drama equivalent to the Marvel Comics Super Heroes. The story evolves around Soul Master, Soul Rings, Soul Spirits, Soul Beast and leveling up to obtain more power. The seven young super heroes have to learn how to live, train and fight together as a team in order to compete in the Soul Master Inter School final competition which they won. In the beginning when Tang San discovered that he had twin Soul Spirits, he decided to leave his dad for a formal training in Nuoding Town Junior Soul Master school. There he met his Master who would help to improve his skills (It sort of remind me of the young Jedi in the Star Wars). He also met his future love interest Xiao Wu ( Romeo and Juliet? ) where eventually they would sacrifice for each other just like what happened to Tang San's parents. I have expected more kissing scenes but we only got a peck on the edge of Tang San lips as other kissing scenes might have been cut. The back ground music is very contemporary to match with the novel/manga/anime. As for the ending, I was not shock at all since Tang Hao promised Tang San that he would come see him when he got stronger, which he did. Tang Hao had been watching him secretly to protect him from any real danger but otherwise wanted Tan San to tough it out. All in all, this is just the beginning ( Season 1 ). Season 2 is when Tang San will be train by his Dad ( Tang Hao ) on how to use the Hammer and win over Bi Bi Dong.

They save the best for the last episode. I really like episode 40 and the musical instrument (Cello) played toward the ending is really good. It gives me goose bump.

Ning Rong Rong said it to Tang San directly when he gave her a magical herb flower gift. Right to his face in front of everyone except Xiao Wu.

Ning Rong Rong mention twice she wants to give Tang San a kiss.

I actually like the sweet romance between Tang San and Xiao Wu. They slept together in the same bed in episode 2 even though nothing happen and he braids her long hair. He also gave her a piggy back ride when her feet were hurting. Their acting shows they are very comfortable with each other. I am just waiting who will kiss Tang San first. Is it Xiao Wu, Ning Rong Rong or Dugu Yan ?
