Anyone knows the name of the actor who plays Feng Ren's friend? The one who helped Po Xioa and helped with the body? He is beauuuutiful and I want to follow his career too!

Agree. I'm just so nervous that my eyes will be shocked by who thy choose to play Hua Cheng. It seems filling Xie Lian's role seem possible, where Hua Cheng should be best left as a fictional master piece.

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing newer faces, but like you said Hua Cheng is a tough role to cast. The same was said about Lan Zhan, but in the end they found him and he was perfect.

No worries :). Honestly, you're right with MDZS. The romance came pretty late in the novel. There were hints here and there of Lan Zhan's love for Wei Ying, but we didn't fully see it until Wei was reborn. So it was easy to tell that story without significant censorship.
In a way, I feel like it's the same for TGCF. The kisses Xie Lian took to share spiritual power didn't really come to the end of book 3 or 4. It was so cute, but I would be ok with Xie Lian touching Hua Cheng's head to draw power for censorship reasons. (As long as when he does it, Hua Cheng looks at Xie Lian like how Lan Zhan looked at Wei in the drama.)
I'm ok with that being censored because their love was told through each of their actions for me. In my opinion, the story's beauty came from what Hua Cheng has done for his Gege since he fell into his arm as a kid. Suppose they can't tell Hua Cheng's contribution to Xie Lian's existence well. In that case, it's a different story and not the adaption of a ghost king born from the greatest pain of watching the love of his life fall from grace.
Now, Husky and His White Cat Shizun, (Immortality) will be a censorship nightmare LOL! There is not a scene where MoRan isn't thinking about what he used to do sexually to his teacher. Lol
