no love triangle, more of a slowburn romance, but the most important part of the story is the people and their lives, all the renters as well as the natives, it is more of a healing drama than a rom com, i find it a very nice and mellow show, not your typical drama

forgot about dream of splendor, liu yifei's return to the small screen, the chemistry was sizziling between the leads, i agree

You are my glory, when I fly towards you, blossom 2024(meng Ziyi one) too many blossoms lol 😆 would be my recommendations, I heard Lighter and Princess is good too in terms of chemistry but I haven't watched the whole thing yet

good drama with very little to no angst, and again i appreciate the leads for their normal acting, no over the top crazy reactions, it probably helps that they both look very good, the only negative i can think of is when Dilraba's make up seems off in a few scenes, but that could be just me, but overall a great watch, 100% recommend for a Cdrama new comer to check out

this is the very first jan dong gun drama that i watched and i knew that he was going to be a star, his portrayal of the ML character was very understated but believable, i thought he carried the series along with the 2nd FL

i remember watching this when i was a little boy with my mom and grandma and the story was so compelling, we would cry during most episodes, they just dont make jdramas like this anymore

one of the best kdramas i watched during my university years, (yes i am old), i think this is when kdramas were churning out classic after classic, will miss those days

really liked this drama as it was so refreshing for a change, no angst, just two people meeting and falling in love gradually, both leads were very believable in their actions and no out of ordinary reactions

first time poster on MDL, this drama was really outstanding, waiting for the next dopamine hit while rewatching this and also watching all the edits, well done to the two leads and the cast, they created something special here
