I didn't like Kang Hae jin since the first episode( Sorry not sorry), however, i think the writers decided to heavily relay on his existence to run this drama. Like, if you omit him completely, we wouldn't even have the leads together and the story would not have evolved. Yet, as the story goes on, his role is becoming much more absurd. The drama has already became a hot mess and it will burst any moment lol
