Go for it, it's worth watching cuz it has a great plot and with quite a bit of suspense. If you're into that, then you should definitely try it. I'm not a noona romance person either, and I wasn't into this couple, but the plot itself is still worth watching :) I didn't give it 9 or 10 cuz usually the romance has to satisfy me for it to get that high, in this case, it didn't... but still got an 8! hahaha
TBH though.... JSY always wins the shipping wars though haha... Still don't find it possible they'll stray away…
Yeah, IMO, Hoon shouldn't be ending up with anyone else but Jae Hee unless they are able to make some spontaneous deep, heartwrenching connection between Soo Hyun and Hoon that makes it believable to me how Hoon can move on. That would require going through some deep conflict and a ton of crap together. With 20 episodes, I really don't think they have time for that to make it convincing....
I see it more possible for him to end up alone if Jae Hee is really dead. But in the typical kdrama world, Seung Hee is likely to be Jae Hee... hahahaha
I feel like usually when kdramas do the first love story (especially how deep and emotional they made it in the first two episodes), the end game is usually the first love. Like I just feel like they wouldn't waste their (AND OUR) time to make a such a strong statement about the first love to just ruin them in the end. IDK though, we'll see.

Seung Hee not being Jae Hee still doesn't make it logical for Hoon to move on to Soo Hyun. It's not like he's going to go like "Oh...you're not Jae Hee.... Okay then, I'll go be with Soo Hyun then." Yeah, no, I don't think so....With the depth of the first two episodes and the first love relationship, it's not something you just move on from that fast.

Yeah, I think they would make a good couple, but just not in this plot setting :/ I can't ship a couple that I think ruins the writing of the drama . I totally get the charm of Soo Hyun's character, but yeah, my main problem with supporting this ship is the fact that I don't think it makes sense and would be bad writing on the writers' part.

The interactions between Soo Hyun and Hoon is merely a showcase of Hoon having a strange personality (being so carefree) for someone who's been through so much darkness, and the way that Soo Hyun falls for Hoon and starts questioning her relationship with JJ. I just don't think it makes any sense at all for Hoon to suddenly be able to move on to another girl. Although they have some cute funny moments, but keep in mind this is not a romcom... Just because the stereotypical signs have appeared, doesn't really mean it may end up that way.
if we want to talk about logic then tell me this ja hee and hoon were together at med school but then she dissappeared…
Plus, it's some crazy facility in N. Korea. She could probably learn to be an anesthesiologist in two years with some monster training or something hahaaaaahaaa

Reading character descriptions of this drama, for now, I don't see it possible that Hoon will end up with anyone other than Jae Hee. It just seems quite impossible for him to get over this deep love especially after such a story and tragic loss, AND move on to someone else. And his character description does not talk about any attraction towards Soo Hyun whatsoever. (But ofc not everything is included in those brief crap). Plus, Soo Hyun seems to end up kind of falling for Park Hoon because his love story makes her question what she wants in life. It seems more of like a "I wish I had this" than anything else. But again, purely a prediction from character descriptions.
I don't know why dramas can't star kids as main characters. Cast this lovely in a drama where I can see him in every episode and I would so be onboard !

You should stick to your own opinion. I personally find her decent, but most of the world seems to hate her -_- idk why either. I totally forgot she was THIS young, and I think for this age, she is already decent. Not to mention in Bridal Mask she was only like 18? I thought she was okay in that one. But I know many people beg to differ, but whatever, to each their own. Just enjoy :) No need to worry about what other people think. Personally don't think she will ruin any drama... people are soo exaggerative -_- especially when the drama is focused more on the male lead
