The drama portrayed the flashbacks beautifully, it hit right on the core. It was nice seeing him realize her worth and the changes she brought unconsciously. His circle definitely noticed it first before him, even knew that he loves someone and puts some sense in to him. While QJJ appeared on the last minute of ep 18 and her smile is different. She does not radiate the same aura when she was with Yu Tu.
Im so in love of this drama I watched all 34 episodes raw the first time, then someone subbed not the best quality…
I think IQIYI is starting to buy viewing license (e.g., perfect and causal, begin again) for popular dramas of mgTV and they really should. A lot of gems are in there but poor subs.
based on other dramas released by Tencent, I only know 3 countries which allows VVIP subscriptions (China, Thailand, Indonesia). Basically, it's available for countries who do not use eng subs. I'm not sure with Korea and Japan tho.
subs follow the VIP sched even for the third party sites. i don't think fast tracks would release eng subs because that would let the third party sites reupload the videos meaning less official views
i agree. the episodes now are focusing on YT's POV, which is necessary for us to understand his internal conflict…
idk why some wants her to bawl her eyes out because of the rejection scene (just because she cries beautifully on TLB) but it doesn't really match her personality. I mean, okay, she got hurt, as I see it her defense mechanism is certainly tiring herself from work after trying very hard not to cry
it's more of completely cutting people off from the past and make amends with themselves. so their relationship would technically be smooth flowing because of these events after the rejection scene
Loved loved loved episodes 15 and 16. It was very nice to see more of Yu Tu's interactions with his colleagues…
Iām glad that they added more depth on Guan Zaiās life. As I see it, Guan Zai and his wife opinion served as a turning point for Yu Tuās hesitancy towards QJJ.
I have seen some comments complaining about Rebaās screen time and sorry to disappoint, tomorrowās episodes will probably belong to Yang Yang as well. She might appear on flashbacks on ep 17 and more likely longer screen time on ep 18 (and her way of coping). Well, I might be wrong on this one since Iām only following the novel and previews. They might have added some scenes.
Some may disagree but as I follow through the storyline, Yang Yangās screen time is justifiable. Iām a fan of both leads so no need to attack me. I was amazed by Rebaās acting in TLB thatās why I was so excited for this pairing. I actually donāt really care whoās getting more screentime than the other.
Because you see⦠the storyās literally about how a male lead, someone who was seen as āmale godā by other people including QJJ, battle his internal conflicts. Then the FL comes again into his life to try get him back on his track. She is already portrayed as the āstrong roleā, so the room for development is smaller compared to the male lead. I knew that she is his biggest support that would eventually become his other half. However, at this point, the two are basically on the opposite sides of the pole and for them to establish a stronger commitment, they must meet halfway. We are seeing Yu Tuās POV of meeting her halfway in this weekās episodes while QJJās POV is most likely on episodes 19-21. Youāll get me once we had episode 21, itās somewhere along the āimpulsivenessā of QJJ and her realizations.
If I remember it correctly, weāll see more of Reba on the latter scenes as she navigates on her world. But this time, itās with Yu Tu.
I MEAN HEY WHY DO THEY HAVE TO STRETCH THE ANGST FOR LIKE 6 EPISODES??? š¬
Right? good thing it's more of internal conflict rather than external misunderstandings. And oh, the way he literally snapped when QJJ was being criticized by his ex. š
anyway, we get cute added scenes on the drama based on 22's preview ā¤ļø
Indeed! We are ready! Hit us! I have not read the novel and please do not spoil me. But if there is any crying…
Reba's acting on 15 is just so natural. Like how her expression changed when yu tu's words finally sinked in.. But on the last minute of ep 16, I felt Yu Tu's frustration and pain. I think one can finally say that Yang Yang's acting is really not so-so as described by other? :(((
So if it's going by the novel, their parting won't last like 6 episodes, will it?
It will! I do not understand mandarin but if you connect the preview and novel, sheās still giving him a cold shoulder until ep 20. I think they added scenes in between.
