Oh no, I am not sure I want to see that π so he really will become just a mortal in the end?
Tbh I get lost in chinees mythology. Mortal reincarnate too, right? So basically in novel they got to live 1 mortal life together and then what? They forgot each other and lived each their own next lifes apart? It would be fine if there were no gods and immortals in this story. But with them being present I don't see becoming mortals as a HE π
I guess he won't, I am just trying to understand BC's logic. Or is his hate so big that he doesn't care that ML will reincarnate and just wants to kill him at least once?
on the other side, i remember his father saying that if he fails his tribulation, his soul will vanish or smth like this. so may be being killed is the same as failing tribulation? otherwise he will just reincarnate again and repeat..
Yes, I would prefer them to live long life together without all those reincarnations π they don't have to be emperor & empress. I would be content with ashes of love kind of ending (that part where they lived in peace far from everyone)
even mortals can cultivate to become immortals though (if they still wish). otherwise they will reircarnate and meet again and again in each life? it feels a bit weird to be honest, so I hope they wont take this route
I am in episode 17 and I really like their 2nd life. It is sweet and funny. Maybe I am too old for this, but I didn't get her obsession with getting married in the 1st lifetime .. maybe as the only way to be with him?..
Anyone else has mixed feelings about the ending? Because I did not expect that. The writer did them dirty....
I have read another theory that seems to explain the ending better. So Banxia lived her whole life without memory of XuanYe. Even though she had some vague dreams she did not feel anything much for him. In the end when she remembered him at the end it was more like she remembered her dream. Her feelings were not that strong, that's why she was able to let him go. It was just a dream for her and she probably did not have time enough yet to feel again that love for him that she felt years ago
According to this text, the happy ending was the following: after Xuan Ye decided to use the sword to return,…
What a lame excuse π What is difficult to make? They dont need to show much. She goes to that Carefree land and meets him, they look at each other and smile. The end. It is literally 5 minutes π
Some people saying they cut the real ending? Is this true
I think the info is taken from here. https://x.com/Allcbizmelons/status/1916121304115404910. I am not sure if the other ending was filmed. From the wording it is not really clear. It could be that everything was rejected while it was still just on papers
