Maybe I missed it but is Ming Ye/Sang Jiu plot a past past past life, before the 500 years and before the whole…
It's basically Mingye (the dragon)'s dream. Basically, the dragon was in perpetual dream state due to his regrets in life, so he lives it over and over again in his dream. Because TTJ and his crew disturbed his sleep, he was triggered into deciding if he wanted to become a god or a demon. They had to enter into his dream to help him make up his mind. Once they enter the dream they will surrender to the character they're suppose to play (like a video game) but they will have memory of it afterwards.
Weibo is dragging this drama All the comments are on the makeup and luo eyeliner being botched
I get why this is bothering you as it really pissed me off too. A lot of it just jealous rivals and their protective fans trying to STOP it from becoming a hit. And then you also have people who would just love to see something overhyped flop. The good thing is lots of veteran reviewers are also coming out to defend the show, saying that it's one of the most thoughtful productions in a while. Some famous authors and screenwriters have also spoken out, such as the author of Journey of the Flower which is the OG demon love story.
Okay With these 2 new episodes out I do have a complaint with the editing While in my previous comments I made…
Yeah episode 10 moves really quickly because TTJ taking over the kingdom was only mentioned in passing in the novel. It's not really important to the emotional core of the story. It's there just to move the story along.
There was also a part that was censored and you have to read the lips to understand what really happened (TTJ tricked everyone to believe the soup contained the meat of his brother the disposed king)
I see a lot of people being offended by the comparisons with LBFAD and this show. As someone who watched and enjoyed…
45-40-35 thats definitely not true. The screenplay is written for 40 long and dense episodes, they expanded it into 50 episodes which is normal, and now the rumor is that it’s back to 40 episodes but longer run time. No one knows exactly how long it is yet so let’s just wait for the official announcement
I just think its wierd & disrespectful to comment on someone's weight because that is body shaming. Luo Yunxi…
He’s definitely aware of the negative comments about his weight and trying to gain weight. However I believe it’s just how his body works - he does eat a lot
From what I have gathered (TMI): 1) He had sex with the woman. Some fans online claimed it's a one night stand…
Edison Chen situation was completely different. He took photos of a large number of female stars without their consent, which got leaked when his computer was being repaired. In this case I would argue that CFY is the victim here as he was the one who did not give consent.
i still think all the talk that the post production is not done is just to stop all the smearing. even factoring in covid, it still doesn't make sense that they would need this much time. similar productions all got done between 9-11 months
There was also a part that was censored and you have to read the lips to understand what really happened (TTJ tricked everyone to believe the soup contained the meat of his brother the disposed king)
