We enter into the daughter's story and it's just not fun anymore. It lacks that grip that the show had on audiences beforehand.

Topic says it. Very emotional. Yet also a lot more boring than the previous episodes. Feels like a trauma thrown in for good measure. Again: i'm pissy about the main story of lovers running away being removed. From here on this drama is nothing special and I dropped it.

Here we enter the "regular drama" subcategory. Until now it was a very emotional, very hearttouching drama: now here it gets generic and loses it's charm by removing all suspense of the relationship's validity.

It's good, it keeps your love for the show, expands on family dramas, but it also ends the excitement of the young couple running away.

The literal best episode in the entire show. It's the most dramatic, it's the funniest, yet most serious, yet most heartbreaking, yet makes you smile so immensely. Absolute cinema. It can only go downhill from here (but at least it goes down slowly).

Best part of the kdrama is the stay in Busan and it's direct consequences. Plus: the decision to get together and get away marks the strength of the relationship. Strong episode.

Like an empty plate: we're gonna need it for the food later on, but for now it's just an empty plate of background context (which is kinda endearing, so a plate with designs at least)

seems sort of out of touch with reality in the way she just does what she wants to his house and him trying to kill her and vice versa and them still being in each other's vicinity, etc. Seems like it's all for the 'arthouse' aesthetic here, no real story.
