just realised another parallel between sunjae and sol. they actually take the same actions when it comes to saving the ones they love, and deal with guilt almost in the same way. i know sol got a lot of flak for ignoring and avoiding sunjae out of guilt and to "save" him, but i just realised the OG sunjae also did the same thing. after saving sol he was too guilty to ever face her and basically avoided her even though he loved her.

i tihnk the love he had in that time line is very different from the others. its more ridden by guilt and regret than anything.
