Chen Xing Xu I didn’t know you had this kind of face card?????? When did he become so daddy omg!!!!!! I’m so shocked to find out the hottie guy from the award show gossip trio is him????? Am shocked. last I saw him was in goodbye my princess and he looks so goood now that he’s matured
I don't understand why they keep bringing up that her personality is different since her return... I mean, WE…
Fr why would they keep saying that like of course her personality is going to change even if they were the SAME person. Also she went through something hella traumatic why would she not change 🤡🤡
18 eps in and it’s just ok… it’s a bit slow at times. Not really a fan of the romance. I feel it’s one…
25 ep update: it’s kinda boring. All issues get resolved easily and the FL and ML outsmart and out manoeuvre everyone. Stakes are made to feel high but we all know they are going to come out triumphant everytime. Makes for a really boring watch
18 eps in and it’s just ok… it’s a bit slow at times. Not really a fan of the romance. I feel it’s one of those shows that can do without. If I were buried alive I wouldn’t be in a bathtub reminiscing about skipping in the rain with any man lmao. I know fl’s story is connected to whatever the male lead is investigating but I literally don’t give an f about him, I just wanna see the FL get her revenge
I did not like the ending scene - they could have concentrated on ZLH and TXW rather than Qi Min... oh I felt…
Bruh same. I don’t like him at all and didn’t think he deserved so much time in the alternate ending. Would’ve been enough to say he grew up to be a wise crown prince. I would’ve preferred seeing the grand princess and the strategist, or changyu’s piggy crew or Xie zhang’s generals
Free my man Wei Yan 😭 I’m glad he had an alternative ending. I think that’s the life he deserved. He wasn’t truly that evil in the actual plot either. Or maybe I’m just biased cos he’s daddy AF.
Thanks for shedding light on this! The AU starts after the the "massacre" scene, where FCY rides back home…
no the AU is actually just the end credits! It’s the last few minutes of ep 40 Where the events of 17 years ago never happened, FL AND ML’s parents never died.
She knows cpr She comes from “very far away”, and thinks she can never go back She knows sweets result in bad teeth she uses modern marketing tactics like logos (at first inside eyed the show for this, since this is such a modern day thing)
Am I the only one who felt that the female lead lost her charm a little after she became general? She's super…
yes honestly I think she was more suited as a special task force sent on specialised missions rather than a full blown general who has to plan and command hundreds of thousands of people. Tbh the show made being a general very easy for her. People were always willing to follow her to war and to death and it felt quite unrealistic.
In the novel, Qimin was drugged by his nanny, so he was ultimately the one who was raped. This is how Bao’er…
yes I recall the sent me to his bed comment, but i can’t rmb anything else about how they had a child tgt! damn sucks that he was drugged but it’s still not absolving of the disgust I feel for what he did to qianqian I guess
39 ep later I still hate the qimin and qianqian pairing. I absolutely hated the romantic spin to their story. Was Qianqian not just being coerced the whole time? She fking hates guts too, so it’s not like it was a love hate relationship. I like beauty and the beast so I’m not against Stockholm syndrome plot lines but I just can’t understand why the romantic filters and slow mos are used for their scenes. They were so uncomfortable to watch. It was just a tragic story about an obsessive madman kidnapping and controlling a woman. I feel so bad for qianqian. Like wth did she do to deserve this. almost feels like a crime against the abused for painting their story in even a faintly romantic light
I wasn’t paying attention at some parts but how did Yun Bao even come about? I thought it was grape this whole time. Or did the show not really go into this? Let me know if yall know
