I don’t think he actually served full time as a marine . Im assuming he did mandatory military service as a marine that all men had to do for 2 years in kr. They get gun training in these but most don’t have actual real life experience in war or a shoot out.

Kang Dae Ho was the most accurate representation of how most people with no experience with a gun fight would’ve reacted. Hyun Joo was the goat cos she was in special forces

The last ep gun fight is also unbelievable as heck. You mean to say a bunch of random civilians can even ATTEMPT to topple trained troopers??? Even if they weren’t successful I’m surprised they even got that far considering they are EXTREMELY disadvantaged. It honestly was just hard to believe and buy into this plot point.
it was just ok. quite entertaining and not nearly as bad as many people made it out to be. However it did feel like a useless filler season even if it was not boring to watch. Nothing much happened in terms of plot. There were new games but the stake and tension weren’t nearly as high as what was in season 1. Main character is absolutely insufferable and I was truly hoping they’d just kill him off. He’s just an annoying character played by a shady actor. What is there to root for? The series also feels male dominated as shit and any female character they had was just an attempt to add them to the plot just to not make it look bad. 011 had some potential for a good story but there wasn’t much on her. Overall none of the characters left much impact.
Overall it wasn’t boring but it felt like it was just a cash cow sequel
Yes it’s his character he is a very fked up person
I don’t root for them either and his character also makes me uncomfortable haha. In the first half I could kind of accept that it’s part of his character but by the second half I’m convinced that if he weren’t hot no one would’ve given him the time of the day. I found him very exhausting to watch not just as a love interest but as a main character
this was hella good when the tensions were high but i cant help but cringe at the expressions of love in the past to eps hahaah (im also a bit crazy i usually get bored when couples get tgt lol)
I finally finished the last two eps!! I loved the drama when their romance felt impossible and also loved the bits in trang. But I did think that it got a bitttt too sweet for my liking after they got together.
Overall it’s a very pretty drama with pretty people, sets, costumes, and cinematography. It really appeals to women’s POV with the slight touches, the hand acting etc. the story is cohesive and the romance was convincing.
Of course in typical lakorn fashion, there is some annoying family conflict, but overall I think the show addressed these pretty well and they never felt like they were taking too much from the romance.
