Errr at this point why do you even bother watching if it’s going against your sense of morality haha. The show is literally marketed this way from the trailer? Like from the start it’s literally about the ML preventing the marriage using whatever way possible? And one of the ways was to steal the FL from the brother. It’s a fked up concept that established from the start, but the show tries to make it morally ambiguous by making the brother gay and their marriage a sham marriage. This way viewers won’t feel so morally conflicted, and in fact only the ML will. But even with this you are feeling morally conflicted and it bothers you to the point it afffects your enjoyment, maybe stop?

Honestly I think at first she just didn’t give an f about him. To her the marriage isn’t real so why would she care if he’s opposed to her. In general she’s someone who doesn’t give a shit about what people say about her. Also since he’s do han’s brother she’s just accommodating to his whims. She of course got angry when he took things too far. In the process they also had many interactions and she started to feel sympathetic towards him.

Ya the grandpa’s rational is quite mysterious lol. What is he even thinking? Bruh the ghost and exorcism is obviously comic relief? He doesn’t actually blame ghost and exorcism but is blaming himself for feeling that way. He’s obviously been sketchy the past 5 eps but it’s this ep that he starts to feel guilty and distance himself from the fl. In the past 5 eps he was definitely calculating, cunning and a shit brother and an asshole towards the FL, although the show portrayed him to be cute and harmless. But I can’t seem to agree with your interpretation of ep 6 at all lol

Haha best friend emeritus status kinda describes it. But in the beginning of the show they were somewhat close and endearing and had interactions beyond their sham marriage. I just feel like it’s the showrunners not giving that much thought into their friendship haha

Ok to be fair in the beginning he went aft the FL just to get them to break up (kinda fked up but maybe not as fked up as stealing your brothers girl). Now that he realised his feelings for her he’s actually backing off and accepting her though… also the FL is definitely not confused, more like the ML who is confused about his feelings.

Is it just me or does do han and ah jung feel very distant for best friends of 15 years? Their relationship now feels very transactional. They don’t interact much unless it’s to discuss their contract marriage. I wish the show did more for their friendship tbh

I get how you feel I find Ji Han unlikeable at times but I find the drama fun. It had decent pacing. But as of ep 5 I find it hard to understand why he’s so hellbent on breaking up the couple when clearly there are other ways he can achieve his retirement goals
