Look at their character setup. It makes sense for her. She has always been adventurous. Also, if LY isn't held back by his responsibilities, he would follow her in a heartbeat and be happy with her as they roam around the world and explore.

And she doesn't want to hold him back, that's why she wanted to go even though she was willing to stay for him if he asked. But since he loved her, he was willing to let her go even if it killed him inside

They kiss in ep 29 and also in ep 30. The accidental one was in ep 10 if i'm not mistaken

What if they pull a gigantic plot twist and QX is actually the big mastermind in ep 30? Omg

Ps: the series needs a rape tag because it can be triggering to a lot of people. I hate how they used it here as a plot device. TWICE. SUCCESSIVELY!!!

Qiu Min is a spoiled brat and there's no redemption for her. Yes she was r****, and that's sad, and I don't want to invalidate her feelings. However, she has been a baby since day one when she asked Qiu Yan to die for her convenience. Who does that?

And seducing QX was so wrong. So if her assailant impregnated her, will she make QX accountable? That's so messed up

It's not really transmigration. It's moreso like the lead is so smart and knows how to navigate the patriarchal society driven by reputation and honor. She's a really smart girl. I won't say it's similar, but kind of reminiscent to Wei Yingluo from Story of Yanxi Palace with how cunning she is.

My favorite part is actually the budding romance between her and her eventual husband. I would not spoil much, but I would say that it was a slow burn so it will take time for their relationship to happen. If I remember correctly, the marriage was episode 40, but even then, there was no love, just a marriage arrangement typical during that specific era. The whole process of their relationship is definitely my fave

I suggest splitting it up. Unlike a lot of dramas, Ming Lan is like 2 or 3 seasons in 1. There are obvious story arcs that are happening and you can take a break in between arcs

Underacting on Uee's part lol. But that's just because she lacked skills. Everyone else is okay to great.

It isn't to everyone's liking but i love it as someone who works in the field.

Hospital Playlist is a good slice of life, medical drama

It was supposed to be 2021 but here we are. Hahaha.

As far as I know, they are still working on the script, and even the casting is still ongoing because not everyone is coming back (so far).

It's why I started reading the novel instead. I literally cannot wait lol
