I think people are so traumatized by petty females in Chinese dramas that they expect the most disappointing, last minute ditch effort from Xiao Qing to get Shao Bei Sheng. Lol. Cdramas make such two-dimensional villains that they become so predictable later on. I would love to be proven wrong.
The **thing** between Liu Sisi and Shen Zheng Yi during that finals was pretty predictable, too. But it was a nice watch nonetheless.
The ice sports aspect of this drama is so shallow. I'm mostly watching for the SZY and SBS fluff. I don't even care that much about their mothers. I hope the bad blood gets resolved, though.
(I made the comment as spoiler-free and vague as I could lol. Just wanted to vent some feelings)
Blah blah blah he made a promise to Luo Xiaoyi's brother, whatever. Xiao Han and Luo Xiaoyi is irredeemable in…
I can already see Luo Xiaoyi's character arc. She would most probably compete with Liu Sisi to assist, but she will end up assisting and let Liu Sisi win. This is just my guess. The ace of team Flyers did the same and i think that's a foreshadowing that they did.
As of episode 15, nothing yet. For the teasers for 16 and 17, doesnt look like it either. But their banter is so endearing that I really dont mind the lack of progress lol. Wang An Yu is such a charming actor.
I think they'd get together somewhere from ep 20-22.
Kind of a fine line to tread, but my bottomline is if they grew up as siblings and treated each other as such, it's a no for me. But if they were capable, rational adults when they entered into the relationship (then finding out the ties they have with each other), I *might* be fine with it. Depends on the portrayal, I guess
This should have been one of the grandest and saddest moments of the series for me, but instead, I waned to have a moment with the director and production because I was so baffled with these "rookie" mistakes (or production shortcomings. Of course we have to cut corners, but man that was distractinf)
I just want to point out one scene because I haven’t read any comments on it. In Ep 11, at vending machine,…
I think Da On's intentioms are pretty straightforward. This entire time, his character has been built to be a people pleaser, mostly because he craves for the validation he never had at home from his parents. So he compensates for that by being the overfriendly, overachieving dude that he is.
For the first time, he's getting hate and I think under any circumstances (even without his home situation), anyone would panic. But moreso for Da On.
I still think it's a jerk move, but I completely understand where he's coming from.
Noh Shin Wo on the other hand never denied he's gay. He just ignored the questions. So I'd say he'd be willing to be with Tae Kyung publicly
But it's such a GREAT GREAT show.

What I would say personally is that what I paid for is definitely worth the money. You can feel that this was a product of love and passion
