There are 6 (full) episodes left, and honestly I don't really trust the writer with the story being wrapped up in a good way. I really liked the last episode since we finally had some scenes with the leads, but I feel like we won't see much of them in the next episodes. I think the premise of the drama was great, but the writer was too ambitious and tried to do too many things and forgot to follow a main conflict
I'm not enjoying this as much as everyone else seems to. Maybe because I'm tired of another cliche drama being immense popular or maybe because I still have the felling that the main leads don't love eachother. I really don't feel from any of the leads that they love the other one.
I enjoyed this drama sooo much. The main leads were so cutee I loved them. The crime part wasn't that strong, but the leads and their relationship was just amazing
I can't believe I'm blessed with black haired, suits wearing, action packed serious Jung Kyung Ho. Thank you Cruel City PD for finally hearing my prayers after so much time. Also, I already love the BGM. (Ok I have to admit, this drama seems a bit lighter compared to cruel city, especially the second half, but I'm still glad I have Jung Kyung Ho in a serious role. I'm soo looking forward this. )
I absolutely agree with everything you said. You spoke my mind, also I just wanted to say that this and Dear my Friends are from the same writer, which is probably why both are so great.
Anyone who also watched both dramas could you answer me a question? Does this version also have the serial killer that worked in the convenience store and killed people because they had depression?
WHAT.A.MASTERPIECE! Noh Hee Kyung is at it again with the slice of life drama. It was a heavy drama with some really heavy topics. This drama sometimes came with scenes where the reality just hit you and it felt like a slap in your face. I cried so many tears and was in shock so many times, and all the characters grew on me soo much. I don't know how I will move on from this, or enjoy another drama anymore cause the bar is just too high.
Also I'm glad the director changed his style from this close face-shots that he had in his previous works
Jang Ki Yong is killing it, the last scene was just amazing and the preview looks even better. I don't know if I'm emotional right now or if the drama is really that good, but I just love the angsty melodrama in this

But I think in the last years kisssing scenes got better and the dead-fish-eye kisses are not so common anymore.
(Ok I have to admit, this drama seems a bit lighter compared to cruel city, especially the second half, but I'm still glad I have Jung Kyung Ho in a serious role. I'm soo looking forward this. )
Great article, I enjoyed reading it.
