yup it's true :( once he received lots of letters from a sick fan. But he ignored them all thinking that she was lying to meet him (once he went to see a 'sick' fan but he figured that she was perfectly healthy). later the girl's father sent him a vid and a letter saying that his daughter eventually died because of her illness :/ He felt so bad and shocked about it that he dedicated that song to her :'( (he even whispers her name in the song)
