I read some of the reviews. I suppose it's a matter of perspective. I think the first episode set the stage for the close friendship in the group and Ying Tao's brave and uplifting personality. I didn't see the 9-year-old Ying Tao as having a crush on anyone, but rather as someone who would help others. There was a special bond, but not a crush at that point.
Castaway Diva and When Life Gives You Tangerines are nothing like this.
It is not so stressful to watch because you will see the both leads face the conflicts with confidence. I was afraid to watch too but it was satisfying.
I am going to watch it again. I was smiling at the way he looked at her. That smile of delight on his face!
I had to watch ep 12 and 13 elsewhere. Now to wait for tonight. I guess I am getting ahead of Netflix but will rewatch on the big screen. This is one of the dramas that I want to rewatch after each episode.
