It is a problem if you say Sang Yan wasn't anything special! I have nothing against your bias but don't say Sang Yan was not special. Now I am back to my first impression reading your comment.

And she said Ruonan stole the show. This was my first impression that is why when she said Sang Yan wasn't special, I took that literally.

I didn't notice it because I knew Li Rong loved PWX.

Did you not see her watching him that she had feelings for PWX? She threw him in the lake then felt bad for him. She thought he was the one who killed her because that is what SRQ told her. That is the reason she acted that way toward him in the first few episodes. If you watched the rest of it would have seen how much she loved him.

PWX also moved toward SRQ to save him too. It was obvious from the start that LiRong loved PWX so it never entered my mind that she would love anyone else. The director was going for dramatics in the final episode. I would have liked to have seen the grand wedding than SRQ's final moments stretched out so long but that is drama.

I love LiRong. She is misunderstood by too many.

I loved her. I watched it while it was airing and the comments were mood killers. I would watch the episode first before coming in her. I focused on the main couple and loved their married couple vibe.

TPR is one of my top favorite dramas. I love my PeiRong couple which is why I am visiting today.

I had a trip afterwards so I watched it going and also coming back. It is convenient when you can download from Netflix and watch in flight. And I watched each episode 3 times while it airing. After it all ended, I watched again and again. After my trip again. Maybe it was 6 full times. Yes! I loved it that much. I also did the same with TFF. It took me two weeks to get back TBT and considering Iove ZLH so much I surprised myself. But right after I finished TBT I was back here. I tend to get obsessed with dramas I love. The only reason I didn't rewatch TSOPG was the ending make me sad but I loved that too.

Yes! You need to explain it because I am not on twitter other than watchIng videos 🤣 All I saw was that you loved Zhang Rounan "especially" and that that you gave her girl flowers.. then you said ...Sang Yan..."he's not that special." Then you said you loved YiFan so much again .... Here I am thinking was Sang Yan! I love him so much! What? 🤔

I have Netflix. But only some dramas go to Netflix so I might just pay for Youku soon.

I wondered if it was because I was watching HL at the time. I watched HL 10 times that same summer and only watched WIFTY once.

I know they did something different with TSOPG. I think they only shared part of the episodes on youtube.

I didn't expect it to blow up either. I was watching it as filler while waiting for the next episode of Hidden Love. I was shocked to see it had such a high rating. I am just being honest. Now I am planning on watching it again on it's own so maybe I will see the reason it was such a hit. I mean, I saw some cute parts and I loved the FL's comeback lines. She was smart. But I only watched it once whereas there are some dramas I watch over and over again.

They did that with The Story of Pearl Girl also. I should check to see if all episodes are on youtube now.

I listened to it today as I do every day on my walks.
